This song and "on little cat feet" paint one of my favorite auditory stories. On little cat feet had a false sense of tension and a false sense of hope. Eleventh hour takes those false senses and makes them real. There's real hope in this song, but there's also real danger. Its a fascinating dichotomy that I've never seen anyone bring up.
fr, on little cat feet makes me feel like i'm dreaming and eleventh hour makes me feel like: wake up to reality bro, we don't have much time to save this world
love how this soundtrack is still getting comments. though, i feel like i've seen this/felt this one before still nice to know how this song is still getting some kind of traction after the years (it aged very very well)
Listening to this track really made me want to forget everything about OneShot, just so i could experience such a great game once more, i wasnt that lucky and spoiled the original ending to myself, but luckily i didnt know anything about the rest of the game and about Solstice, if somehow anyone who didnt watch or play OneShot reads this, please, play the game, its definitely my favourite game of all time, hell, i wouldnt even call OneShot a game, its more of an experience, a journey, as i said, if you didnt watch or play OneShot, but are listening to this soundtrack, please, play it, its amazing
One day I'll probably have dementia, which will be sad, but hopefully I'll remember to make the most of it and experience all of my favourite games for the first time again, if I'm physically and mentally able that is.
God do I love this track. And I'm sure everyone else does too. This is the perfect track for the climax. You've witnessed so many people die. The world is reaching it's end, and you too are reaching the end. Will you still be able to save this world, or even be able to still save Niko? Maybe you feel hopeless. Maybe you feel empowered to succeed. This track is one of my favorites because of course it's Eleventh Hour, duh. I've gotten so much inspiration from this track, and so much hope outside of the game, listening to it on it's own. It's truly remarkable and of course I love me my drums, and they sound so great. The guitar's riff is so nice. So comforting, but still letting you know things are in need of fixing. Whatever may be going on, it's gotta be resolved. 10/10 This track is so SO good. I love it so much. My heart feels heavy when I listen to it. The emotions I felt when playing through the last parts bubble up when I listen to this. And I can't help but move along to the song.
It's wrapped up perfectly with all the leitmotifs in there. The most notable ones are The First Universe at 0:38 and The Tower at around 1:05 (this one repeats later) Also, at 0:19 it's possible that's a Homesick motif (Cut song)
kids named phosphor, the prophecy, geothermal, self contained universe (reprise), navigate, self contained universe, on little cat feet, alula, library stroll, indoors, on little cat feet (ground), pretty nice day, huh, pretty bad, pretty, simple secrets, the tower, niko and the world machine, thanks for everything, navigate (extended), aviator, eleventh hour, the simulation, happily ever after, sunrise, rue, homesick, solstice

Agreed.
This is literally my favorite one, really gives the feeling of "it's the final hours, but there's still hope"

FUN FACT: Apparently, this was going to be the library theme, until Nightmargin (or was Eliza?) decided it was too dramatic.
Yeah no crap its amazing
