    Question 11. I felt this had 2 possible answers. Defect as a noun - Drawback. Defect as a verb - Withdraw.

      Defect could also mean damage or blemish. Depends on how you pronounce it and how it’s used in context.

      Except defect all correct

    • @demonicfrogkingraul8179
      @demonicfrogkingraul8179 3 года назад +3

      All of them could be correct depending on the situation. "Advantage" seems to be the least synonymous with defect, although in natural selection sometimes having a defect could result in an evolutionary advantage. "Decay" is a defect which occurs in a mortal life form. "Withdraw" could be considered a defect if the one fleeing is going over to an opponents side. "Drawback" was the answer to the video... Before answering I decided that if any of the bottom 3 were the answer then I would be correct, and my answer was C.

Then, enrich your vocabulary by learning new words especially the basic words and note that each word can have few different meanings, find a dictionary that is most suitable for you. Read, talk and write in English as much as possible. You can also take classes in English. You can get better knowledge in English at workplace if you have bosses who command good English. You can always do the quizzes in EdMo and learn from your mistakes. Above all, you need to have the attitude to learn, and you certainly have it. Good luck in improving your English capability. I got 18/20! Tbh, I feel like I search up synonyms and I am very picky with meanings of words, so not too bad. TwT
