I will say, even though it is sad that a lot of these series are ending, I’m really glad these new Shonen series don’t have to aim to be ongoing like the big 3. And I think it’ll be exciting to see what new ideas the authors will come up with next.
I'm not much of a battle shonen reader, but it's not just in that genre that some big series are ending. There's also quite a few big romance manga that recently have either ended or are going into developments that usually indicate the end game would be coming soon-ish. Obviously it's sad when a manga you enjoy comes to an end, but seeing all these series deciding to wrap up on their own terms all at the same time makes me really glad that today's authors aren't as scared of just doing the story the way they want without stretching it and milking it for all it's worth, we'll get so many more quality stories like this!
Absolutely agree, I’m with you on it’s really cool to see authors having more of a say/control on when their series end and taking breaks for themselves.
Really great video! Im also looking forward to seeing what new series will be getting after the “new big three” are ending! Just like you said, I hope it opens doors for new series that might have not had a change just a few years ago! Also this manga sounds interesting and will have to check it out!
Lets hope not cause JJk is middle of the road at best (ooof that writing is so bad lol). There are other shonens out and ongoing that are so much better than the "hyped up" ones with move volumes etc like blue exorcist, black clover, norigami, twin star, obv big ones which are strictly better like jojos and many more. Also peppers bro we gotta collab some time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think JJK had so much potential to be a great shonen manga and some of the decisions in the writing has definitely hurt it in my opinion, I’m interested to see how it’s viewed a few years from now after everything (anime, manga, etc.) is finished. Man yeah we definitely need to collab together!!!
@@DanielPeppers I mean I collect and read it (obv anime is better than manga) So im not just trying to be a crap hater. Its just a 6.5-7ish nothing really special or deep you knwo whats going on haha. Yes!!!! SlothXPepper hypeeeee
JJK is absolutely great if we talk thematically and fights. What its absolutely dogshit in is the storytelling and sidelining characters. I can definitely see how the former one is one of the major issues considering people still dont get the theme of JJK, and imo the latter wasnt really a problem for me, since I know JJK's theme is very much based on real life themes thus it makes sense for characters to die when you least expect it. And I sure do hope Gege expands the ending in the anime just like how Kubo is doing for bleach for the unsatisfied fans.

If you’ve kept up with Kagurabachi it’s definitely gonna be a staple in Shonen Jump for the next bit
Kagurabachi most likely will succeed Mha
"Mc looks like gojo" enough for me 💀 I'm reading this shit
I’m with yah right there.
There will never be a "new Jujutsu Kaisen". There is and always will be only one
Yeah no manga can have a sane author like Gege
"There's only been one Blade, there's only ever gonna be one Blade" ahh comment.
thats good bc the manga is weak

Thank you, I really appreciate it! Yeah I think this time right now is really exciting and hopefully some cool new series come out
TF are you talking about?? The art is fire!!
I remember when JJk came out I tried reading it twice but couldn’t get past the Naruto vibes lol. It bothered me… 😝
The art looks great in the manga but idk about the mc looking like Gojo what
This art done by digitally or traditionally
Ngl seems like a pretty good manga so I might read but the Mc looks nothing like Gojo
I’m sad jjk is ending it was definitely a new gen big three series and the people that say it’s mid have never read or watched it.

Haven't watch the video yet but I hope not lol. JJK is not that good in my opinion despite how popular it is (just like Demon Slayer).
