Same in my case dear, chronic stress was trigger. People usually don't understand this sneaky disease.

I can’t drink caffeine at all. Fruit helps me along with a good vitamin c supplementation but it needs to be a high quality one. B supplements and c have helped me so much. One egg yolk in the morning along with turkey is a huge help. Makes me free fantastic. Everyone is different though. I can list the supplements I take on another video. I’ve always been healthy and tip top shape so this was different for me. You can live a normal life with it, but I’ll never take the medication they prescribed ever again

Eggs are great "food" for Epstein Barr virus. If you have autoimmune disease it's better to completely avoid eggs. Commercial eggs are also hormone bombs, full of hormones, except for the eggs from free walk chickens. I also don't drink coffee and I don't use medication, it's not needed in my case. It's better to stay away from that however.😊

I have horrible anxiety (which I believe I had before Hashi's but it definitely made it worse) so I need to eat protein with caffeine. That helps me. It's great you know which vitamins you need because that's such an important part of healing and feeling "normal" again. Thanks for watching!

I take those supplements as well! Definitely feel a difference when I'm not consistent though

Thanks for the video. Have you found a doctor that you recommend that is focused on finding the root cause of your Hashimoto disease?

I have not personally worked with a functional doctor yet but hope to do so soon!

I'm not sure if I understand the question entirely but people with chronic stress and/or autoimmune diseases can live full, "normal" lives! It really just depends on the situation
