I enjoy your videos, I ve seen other guys just chopping everything off, whereas you still maintain the garden at the same time. You put effort in. Most enjoyable.
I enjoy watching lawn and yard transformations on a variety of channels (Yes, I´m one of THOSE). I must compliment you on how thorough your work is compared to literally every other! Your attention to detail is far above everyone else! They could learn much from you!
Love that you trim (hedges) shape (shrubs) pull (grass) and prune (anything) as needed. Another excellent job! Like the longer video with plant titles as well.
This was such a beautiful property and the other houses on the road too. You must have worked incredibly hard all by yourself, well done. I’m not very well today but watching your video made me feel a bit better so thank you. See you next time and take care gorgeous George💜💜💜💜💜
Wow!! I was really gobsmacked by this one, George. You did an amazing job!! This looked like it was once a very gracious house with a lovely yard in its day. I'd do almost anything to give those old roses and other shrubs a good water and some nice compost. Thank you for giving this place such a beautiful makeover and restoring its dignity. It looks incredible now!
The poor plants and shrubs looked like they were choking! Hurrah for George for freeing them. It does seem odd that such a big property has no dedicated landscape management.
As a single mum raising 2 kids and working full time, yard care was sometimes hit and miss. I had a large block on a corner, many shrubs, trees and plants ( curtesy of previous owners). It would take me 2 weekends to do properly, but looked great when done. I eventually hired someone to remove many of the trees, especially on the footpath, it makes mowing so much easier. Before I retired I moved to a much smaller place and when looking I told the realtor not to even bother showing me anything on a corner or with too much gardening 😂😂. At 51, I did all the landscaping myself thinking about the future me, easy borders and garden. I did get a few shrubs for a privacy out front but manageable. Minimal maintenance and at 74 I’m still able to do most of the maintenance. I see George rescuing many yards for seniors who are no longer able to keep up with the hard work. I’m so glad I moved when I did and my life isn’t tied to the garden. Anyone who is thinking about moving for this reason do it, don’t wait till your body is broken from hard gardening. I still grow vegetables, flowers and fruit, all in raised bed or large pots. Miniature fruit trees do well in pots. There is a lot of living to do after retirement ❤
Such a welcoming home and yard now! Was looking quite beat. You call yourself quick cuts, your so much more. Precision cuts more like it. 👍👍 (That maybe a haircut salon name here in America). Remarkable job!
Excellent transformation. I love your attention to detail. Also, I love that you trim under the shrubs, bushes, and plants. It leaves such a clean appearance. I have come to appreciate the beauty of them because of you. Thank you for naming everything for us. Just a note to let you know that the name George has been a major factor in our lives for the last 30 years. No one in our family has the name but goodwill and rescues have all be associated with the name George. We have been in situations that we couldn't see a way out and then someone named George would step in to help. This has happened time and time again. So, I hope it's okay to consider you a friend. God bless you.
George you are my hero and so admire all of these yards!!! You have to hopefully get some of these paying customers as you would get me Kathryn from San Diego California USA 😊😊😊😊
You are one of the few who clean as you work. I like that. Instead of having a big mess at the end to clean up. 👍🏾👍🏾 And you still using your little silver trash can.🙂
That is absolutely amazing George!! Now that cute house has a beautiful lawn. You did a wonderful job💛😎👏👏👏 the lawn can actually breathe and soak up the rain and sunshine so it can turn green again! Every plant will be healthier! You work so hard for these beautiful spaces!! Thank you for sharing them with us!💜💜💜👍👏👋😎✌🇺🇸
Seeing this quite dramatic transformation just makes me hope that the people who own the property now start to take care of it. A little care each week goes an awful long way. Fantastic job, have a great weekend everyone and don't forget tobsmash that LIKE button ❤
Not so easy if it rains n rains n grass doesn’t dry out enough (In Scotland 🏴). Also we never know what medical conditions the residents have. Not everyone is fit. I’m 73 n so far manage despite having had bowel cancer surgery two years ago but I get depressed if grass needs cut so out I go. Bought myself a scarifier n aerator. If only it’d stop raining 🤭
In your previous program you described a woody stemmed plant as a geranium. I live in US and have never seen a geranium such as that. Also, do you all just lump rhododendron, Camilla and sesanqua (sp) into one group? Love your show and your listing of plant names.
Lots of landscaping means lots of maintenance. Which this yard has not gotten until George found it. That little fence just had to go! One of the reasons I like his work, his decisions always improve the property. Excellent job and great video, George.
Well George that was a mammoth task, beautifully executed, it's never boring because you use so many different tools to do each area, pity about the calistimon, I love the style of the house, would've been magnificent when first built, such a pity you didn't save those beautiful roses to take home and put in a vase, that pruning was excellent though, this as far as I'm concerned has got to be your best one yet and the big bonus I finally saw your face, woohoo!!! 🥰🥵💕👌👍💪
Hi George, sending greetings from New York. Sorry I called you Jim, I saw the name on the side of your truck, but glad to see your latest posts. Honestly, you're the best I've seen and your work stands for itself! I subbed to your channel, I will probably be binge watching your vids. Sending love from the states!
I think this one is my favorite yard makeover. I am always amazed that you know the difference between a weed and a plant and know which ones to cut out and which ones to leave. You are amazing at what you do. You complete your work and don't leave anything untouched. I quit watching almost everyone else's videos because after watching your work ethic, no one else can compare. The owner of this house should be really happy how this turned out and I hope you get paid appropriately for the amazing work that you did. You are the best!! 🥰
Great job ❤I don’t understand why people let their yards go, no excuses when you are physically able to do it, I enjoy pulling up to my well manicured yard, it makes me feel good, and all my hard work feels worth it
Wow! The before and after photos are amazing. If I was able to subscribe again I would. I especially like the text identification of those plants you are working with. You are my favorite garden Reno site.
Love watching you on a Saturday morning. That satellite zoom-in gave me a better idea of where you are. Never knew Tasmania was a huge island off the coast before. Great work... as usual. 👍
Absolutely incredible landscape/lawn transformation! The discoveries were interesting of all the past little gardens. Thank you for advisement of plant names. Great Job such a pleasure to watch from Florida USA
This homeowner is the luckiest guy. He's been watching RUclips garden make-over videos; perhaps hoping to be included. Then gets visited by the very best among the rest. 😊 George you're outstanding and a God-send to many. 🤩👌Such attention to detail! 👍💪
What an amazing transformation. I couldn’t help thinking what a blessing this would be to have you knock on my door. We rent as well and unfortunately most properties are in this condition when we move in. I have degenerative disc disease and rheumatoid arthritis so it is very hard to do yard work. However, I do a little everyday and within one growing season I have a yard to be proud of. It is possible! I can’t speak for anyone else as I am not privy to their own story but it sure feels good to have a beautiful yard to relax in and play with our dogs. Gardening is good for the soul☺️✌️✨
I do love that you take proper care of the established plants and say what they are in your titles. So refreshing to watch instead of some of the US lawn care channels who prefer to hack everything back to nothing. Sign of a professional, a garden is so much more than grass. Lovely to see!
Nothing better than waking up and seeing a new video from George! I just love all of your attention to detail, and your captions about the plants! Please do a short in a couple of weeks when those flowers have come back! I'm certain it will be dramatic if the grasses don't out-pace them! ❤ Beautiful!
It is amazing how you can take an eye sore and turn it into a show case!!! I LOVE how you tell us stuff like the kind of trees and bushes!!! THANK YOU!
Hi George, what a lovely house (or houses?). I would love to own this one. The garden alone is so beautiful, and with more flowers could look stunning. I don’t know how you come out streets ahead of other gardeners, but you always do. 👏👏👏❤
Now that was a job with that yard, it looks immaculate now...I like how you identified the bushes and flowers as you were trimming them. Great job...liked and subscribed from the USA. 😎👍
You did an outstanding job. Love how you say what kind of plants there are. Sometimes folks get overwhelmed and cannot see how to get out of the situation. Hoping your reset helps them.
Great job George!! The hours of hard work really show here! Garden is beautiful afterwards. It's a huge space with a lot of upkeep for a tenant, so I'd say they were delighted!!
14 hours!!! What dedication!!! You obviously LOVE what you do! I always appreciate your little comments that you put on the screen, identifying plants, trees, and explaining other issues at hand. AND AS ALWAYS , YOUR CLEANING UP IS SPECTACULAR !!!
I was just going to post the same thing! The little geraniums are so cute and he said they do really well there--I noticed the same thing about the nasturtiums! They are everywhere and look so pretty!
You are amazing! Such an eye for the details and how to gauge just how much of what needs to be taken off. Such work ethic. Magnificent transformation!! You never fail to go above and beyond what we anticipate you will do. Thank you for sharing this video with us.
George you never disappoint your work is amazingly well done. Your precision on everything you do the edging the trimming the cleanup well done George. Keep up the amazing cleanups!
Hello George, beautiful job as always. I am in awe of how well-trained your rubbish bins are! They just appear wherever you need them. Well done! Now if only you could teach them to pick up for you…
Great Job as always! The little puttering noise your mower makes sound like a little steam engine train 🤣 You are a very diligent worker. I would definitely hire you for my lawn
What a difference you made in this yard! Took half of this video just to do the outer perimeter! Thanks for telling us name of vegetation. - watching from Lake Wales, Florida
They have so many beautiful trees and flowers, I don't blame them for not knowing where to start in keeping up with the maintenance.. Hopefully now that it's done he'll be able to maintain it better.
I always look forward to your yard transformations. Always such an excellent job. You never cut corners & always go the extra mile like mending a fence or repairing a garden hose. Thank you for the work you do & for sharing it on this channel
23:12, what a marvelous view of improvement already. Thanks for noting what different plants are. The street where the city eliminated all nature strips was interesting. 30:58, an impressive recovery of the broken surfaced walkway. Nice seeing the design lines looking better and things as roses appearing in "standout" spots. That was a nice Restoration, George. It looked to be someone's beloved home at one point and the garden beds and lines could again be seen, the plant designs more visible and overall the house now is part of the area again.
It is very nice and refreshing to come across a lawn-mowing guy who knows about plants, other than what is a mere "out of control" or "tidy" lawn length situation. This chappie actually knows plants and does not go for a "scorched earth" policy when tidying the garden. He is a true gardener -- not a mere "grass cutter". Too many of these lawn guys seen on video act like blood-thirsty rambos and merely raze the flower beds and gardens destroying all the flowers and desirable plants that are there.
Wow mate cracking work just found your channel and subscribed straight away I love to support my fellow green fingered friends all over the globe Looking forward to watching more of your content Have a great day 💚 Pete ( THE TATTOO GARDENER from the uk) 🇬🇧

Plant titles 👍🏼

Unbelievable job. You little Tasmanian devil- Nothing can stay in your way. Serious, talented, hard worker and I can go on and on. Congratulations ❤
It's like the yard can breathe again...cleared under bushes, trees, around the "fence area". Very beautiful job.
That was an amazing job! Enjoying it!!!!
