hello everyone today we randomly saw an abandoned house with a lot of overgrown grass that covered the house. We have researched and know that the owner of the house has had difficulties in work, so the income is very low, not enough to take care of life for the past 20 years. We were encouraged, the owner also shared with us that he will try to repair the house in the near future. We were very happy and also wanted to help the owner mow the lawn and clean up. The house is cleaner and more beautiful to partly encourage the owner's spirit to try to improve and repair the house to stabilize life.

I don't understand why such nice properties go abandoned for so long. It's only when it becomes overgrown or the buildings are deteriorating, is when they try to sell it.
I worked in Florida with a family from there. There's no money, no materials and good trustworthy help is hard to come by. The man of their house built homes there and came to Florida to be a janitor sadly

Then they should just clean it up as much as possible for free then sell as is. Better to get rid of it quickly before it deteriorates further and is worth less. Don’t expect to make a killing . That is only for the people who have means to improve property.

@@deborahf3738 true, some think this is their retirement. Same goes for farmland when they think the same but farm land around here can sit for years before someone takes the risk. At the same time there are so many people needing affordable housing. Such a muddle. I am in southern New Jersey.

That house needs TLC, new glass in windows, new locks, lots of nterior work.
That is a mansion house. Very easy no cutting down tree.

EAT JOB cleaning up the property. and seeing such a surprise , a house that could be turned into a beautiful home. and from what you two have shown is a land that has a perfect location. having a solid home like that is not seen very often, but as you have shown us, it takes GOOD SAMARITANS to step up and do a good deed for someone who needs it. You have shown a good way to shwo a RANDOM ACT of KINDNESS to someone in need, now hopefully, someone will take in consideration for that home and be willing to complete it. it has turned out to be beautiful , with all that overgrowth gone, and the home is still in good shape even after 20 years. too bad we don't know what its location is. it looks like the property is in the country.

I liked the music. This was a beautiful home at one time. Looks like the structure is still good. Sad to see this property in such bad condition. Thank you guys for working hard cleaning this up. What you can do is the radiator is an easy it was like watching a forest being cut down. The difference in the home just after you cleaned up to the brick wall was so much more than I expected. What a wonderful job you’ve done for this. You’re amazing workers.

i stopped watching these after they pretended to go into an abounded church! because the Bible at the pulpit had no dust on it the pews had no dust or the floor no dust or debris, i have a mini pulpit which holds one of the large Bibles and by the end or about every two weeks the pages its open to gain enough dust its hard to read

Appears the House was never finished. Would not be hard to finish the house as long as all walls & foundation have remained solid. For 20 years not touched appears workable over time. Great Landscape Make-Over. always, Tommy🤠

Why were there no glass in the windows and doors? So sad this nice place is just going to ruin . The two of you always take on a variety of the hard work properties and work your magic. Always showing a massive improvement. Loved all your videos and look forward to more.
This was a new construction. Windows were not installed yet. One dream unfulfilled.

Это не ремонт. Это недострой. Так жаль этот уютный дом , там так много естественного света. Но глядя на окрестности, видишь что район заброшен. Дорогу провели, но больщое строительство не пошло. Может, инвестор разорился. А дом один из первых , как образец проекта. Здание слева администрация .Это моя версия. А ребята чудо!
