Man the early 2010's was such a wild time. Music like this was just randomly huge. These guys, The Killers, that song Little Talks, MGMT... There was such a trippy vibe for like 2 or 3 years and it just kind of stayed there unfortunately lol. But it's still so good!

Man, what ever happened to these guys? They are so talented and unique. I’m thankful that they got a few songs to go somewhat mainstream but I don’t get how they just disappeared
the band still exists. But yeah, they went through a lot of changes both in style and in the people in it. Only mark is still around now.
The popularity of the genre dissipated by 2015. Any remnants that remain are pretty much categorized under bedroom indy rock
