This video is an eye opener and created to create awareness, give tips and ideas of what type of business one can start in rural areas. Homes and businesses showcased on this channel are in the villages in the rural areas of South Africa and sitting on Tribal land. 100% black owned and built by blacks for blacks. The type of people who are tired of waiting on government promises and are doing it for themselves. The homes on this video are situated in villages in the North west province. #blackpower. Love your work, it’s so uniquely South African. Love seeing Black SAns rise…I’m here for this. Love seeing the beautiful rural houses but agree with you we need Black SAns to get in there and build the businesses too. Black SAns already have the upper hand because foreigners can only rent the land but can never own it… so Black SAns must start doing business in rural areas as they won’t have hefty rental or buying costs as foreigners do.
Definitely. If South Africans let this opportunity go, our rural areas will end up like the cities. We need to occupy, develop and protect. Thank you for watching. 🙏🏾❤️
@@VelileLifestyleDecorTV agreed but with one key difference, that land will still be in hands of Black South Africans in rural areas and that’s the true value lies. But I absolutely agree with everything yo shared on this video and comment. Keep up the great work of showcasing SA rural towns and villages ❤️
You’re doing a very good job Sis,not a SAns but I’m based in the rural of SA I so agree with all you said, there’s absolutely a lot to do here in the rurals.
I appreciate what you doing showcasing SA rural areas and this will stop people leaving their homes for cities. LOVE my country SA with all its problems. As South Africans, we don't run away from our problems but seek to solve them, either politics or the economy.

I respect people in the rural area for not waiting for government promises but doing it for themselves regardless of challenges. I am too proud not to share. 🙏🏾❤️
This is so inspiring to see the beautiful growth occurring in the rural areas of South Africa. People are definitely getting back to a more natural way of life. Thank you so much for sharing these beautiful villages. Blessings to you. ❤
Thumbs up👍 for putting rural South Africa on the global map. This is a good motivation and inspiration to our people. Instead of living in shacks in Metro cities, now they can build beautiful houses in their homestead. This will also increase the value of our villages. Thank u very much.

As a foreigner living as far away as new york my heart skips a beat when I see and hear of south africa. One commenter asked if It's black south Africans building those fabulous homes. I'd like to know that too. It seems so from the comments of our smart and lovely curator.
Yep it is homes of black South Africans, built by them and for them on their tribal land that they have acquired through their ancestral lineage. The question is strange but we forgive you . Everyone knows that tribal land in Africa is for blacks Africans, ruled and controlled by chiefs and governed by customary law. Thank you fir watching though. 🙏🏾❤️

I read of an almost similar case online. Check it “Family feud over land halts Umbumbulu development”. Makhanya’s mother donated the land, in Umbumbulu southwest of Durban, to the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Education as a site for building a school that has since been moved to bigger premises. Makhanya and his immediate family want the land back for a R20 million development of businesses that can benefit the local economy. But a feud between Makhanya’s immediate family and Inkosi Khethukuthula Makhanya, a distant relative, has put paid to the plans thus far. THIS STORY IS ALMOST SIMILAR TO YOUR FAMILY. lol who do you think owns the houses? Only Black SAns can own land in tribal land, it’s ancestrally connected and outsiders can only rent from locals but can never own tribal land. So to answer your question, yes it’s Black SAns who own the land and are building the houses, it’s their tribal land and they are building homes for their extended families as most urban land is expensive so usually own smaller houses or apartments in urban areas
