This video is an eye opener and created to create awareness, give tips and ideas of what type of business one can start in rural areas. Homes and businesses showcased on this channel are in the villages in the rural areas of South Africa and sitting on Tribal land. 100% black owned and built by blacks for blacks. The type of people who are tired of waiting on government promises and are doing it for themselves. The homes on this video are situated in villages in the North west province. #blackpower. PLEASE GUYS WATCH ALL ADVERTS IF YOU CAN SO THAT I MAKE MONEY TO KEEP TRAVELING AND SHOWCASING THE BEAUTY OF SOUTH AFRICAN RURAL AREAS. Thank you for watching. Donate to my foundation (see previous video on what my foundation does for women and children in disadvantaged communities in South Africa. 🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️❤️

Love your work, it’s so uniquely South African. Love seeing Black SAns rise…I’m here for this. Love seeing the beautiful rural houses but agree with you we need Black SAns to get in there and build the businesses too. Black SAns already have the upper hand because foreigners can only rent the land but can never own it… so Black SAns must start doing business in rural areas as they won’t have hefty rental or buying costs as foreigners do.

@Unathi Ngunuza I am from Haryana,India a most prosperous state. In my district particularly people's are obsessed with building nice houses in rural areas.you could find hardly a hut or thatched rural house even before 50 years.I am not talking of India as a whole country. In many parts of India even today you see a lot of mud houses but not in my state. That is why I always compare rural villages with that of ours. And I must admit that Limpopo is ahead of rural villages I have watched so far. Could you throw more light on it.Waiting for your kind reply I send you all love from India.

I read of an almost similar case online. Check it “Family feud over land halts Umbumbulu development”.
Makhanya’s mother donated the land, in Umbumbulu southwest of Durban, to the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Education as a site for building a school that has since been moved to bigger premises.
Makhanya and his immediate family want the land back for a R20 million development of businesses that can benefit the local economy. But a feud between Makhanya’s immediate family and Inkosi Khethukuthula Makhanya, a distant relative, has put paid to the plans thus far. THIS STORY IS ALMOST SIMILAR TO YOUR FAMILY. Try and follow up on it to see how it was resolved. USUALLY EGOS TAKE PRESIDENCE INSTEAD OF REASONING IN THESE ISSUES. All the best and if I find a solution I will revert back to you.

So to answer your question, yes it’s Black SAns who own the land and are building the houses, it’s their tribal land and they are building homes for their extended families as most urban land is expensive so usually own smaller houses or apartments in urban areas
