it's true, I have got really far with a good on nowledge of food, I don't count macros and I don't count calories I just understand what I'm eating, no wonder people get confused
I think its less down to a good understanding of food and more to better genetics. Everyone knows what good food is and what a good diet is like, all that information is fed to us from when were young, we all know about good complex carb sources, high protein foods etc. Just some peoples bodies require less food to gain weight, and develop muscle more easily and less fat from working out. Whereas you have people like myself who can track macros every day eating up to 4000 calories a day and gain no weight whatsoever. You just gotta go for it and find out what works best for your own body.
I personally have always ate clean, so I don't even count macros and when I started working out I gained pretty rapidly. Now that i'm further into training I still don't count macros, I just make sure I eat 150+g of protein lol.

almost the exact same way i make my burgers.....except i put some dijon mustard in the mix..any mustard will do though. You should grate the onions with a cheese grater instead of chopping them. If you put a teaspoon of water in, it will help keep them nice and juicy...fuuuuaaarck im so hungry for burgers now
Calum I'm glad you guys got back together. Karina is gorgeous and you two seem to have a great time together. Also you can uses oats instead of bread crumbs.

you still need to count your calorie intake,key here if you burn more than you eat,you can eat anything,especially on roids.
