I love these rehab videos. I can so relate. Got 2 tons of steelplates down on my leg 4 years ago and I had just the same mood as Calum like just feeling down and not that happy. Before the accicent you felt like superman and the day after you can't even walk on your own and need to use so much effort and energy just doing a simple task.
Keep up the good work calum! Had to have surgery on my torn labrum so I can’t workout for the next 2 months! People who haven’t gone through something like this would not know how hard it is, seeing you positive attitude through it all has given me a lot of hope to be able to keep a good attitude through my injury as well!

Had surgery on my left leg, during rehab they kept having me do Cryo Therapy, if you aren't doing it, ask about it, it helped me a ton in recovery. And the pain in the foot (I was told by my doctor) that it was because of two things. 1. I hadn't walked on it for so long and 2. Because when they are in there working on you, they move some nerves around and they just haven't reset yet. It took me a good 6 months before I no longer had the pain/numbness in my foot. Best of luck in recovery man! You'll pull through!
