Amazing stuff, already getting better! Keep it up ! I realized i couldn't get the st.mp TC because i was clicking jump + st mp and i still holding jump when i clicked HP, took me forever. Its the little things. Hope this helps someone
I've been playing with the old SOCD rules (8+2=8) just because it makes flashkicking so much easier, but that trick with the 5MP 4HP target combo is so cool, I gotta try it.
@@Chris_F I know this video is kind of it already, but would love if you did like a full breakdown vid on all the SOCD stuff with the capcom rules on Guile!
Sick guide man. A lot of people thought with the old SOCD rules this would be harder, but ur explanation and example made me really is easy on the new SOCD software. Was able to do it consistenly after only a minute thanks to you.
Great tips for Guile! Would you happen to have anything for 5MP -> 2MP -> flashkick? Is it the same as the target combo timing, or is it more based on having enough charge?
So glad you liked it! For 5MP, 2MP flashkick just make sure you push 2 as soon as you can after 5MP and you should have enough time to charge flashkick
These are gamer finger buttons but they’re basically just cherry mx speed silvers with a keycap. I’ve been using the Punk Workshop V1 key switches latently and I absolutely love them
I wouldn't get the gamerfingers buttons from their webside as they never sent out my order. I had to settle for crown buttons instead, works great. Are you using silver or blue mx switches on your buttons?
Is that not in this guide? Sorry dude I’m sick in bed and kind of out of it, just do like Hold d/b, release, push forward+jump+HK, then quickly do back, neutral forward + any kick for the super
@@Chris_F Basically I hold down and back, then let go of them and press forward. Then I press back and forward again and then punch. Is that the right way to do the input? Or am I practicing doing it the wrong way? Thanks for replying to me. Sorry my question wasn't so clear.
@davidelarocca6730 to be honest I just think it’s fun to try different buttons and sanwa are good enough. They are definitely quiet and feel GREAT so I’m very happy with them. If you have the budget for them I think they are definitely worth trying

I find that the new rules benefits far outweigh the old rule’s benefits, and I’m a guile main.

Wow, that's great! Thanks for leaving a comment I always love it when I hear that my viewers improve because of my guides!!

about to build a diy box. what keys do i have to buy to get those sweet sounding buttons??

Fortunately there is a store nearby that sells them off the shelf so I bought them there. I use silver mx switches.
I just got a hitbox and these inputs are really confusing coming from stick and charging techniques being able to hold buttons to charge
I started leverless from 10+ years of stick. If you can keep it up I’m sure you’ll find leverless better in the long run
Yo Chris, do u have any tips on how to do Flash kick into lvl 3 with guile?
Is that not in this guide? Sorry dude I’m sick in bed and kind of out of it, just do like
Hold d/b, release, push forward+jump+HK, then quickly do back, neutral forward + any kick for the super
Thanks man, hope u get well soon@@Chris_F
THANKS
You're welcome! Happy you liked it!
How do you do the super moves? I cant tell if i understand the motion so its hard to tell if i need to practice or if im not doing it right.
Sorry I don’t really understand your question, but I think you need to go into practice mode and practice your super inputs
@@Chris_F Basically I hold down and back, then let go of them and press forward. Then I press back and forward again and then punch. Is that the right way to do the input? Or am I practicing doing it the wrong way? Thanks for replying to me. Sorry my question wasn't so clear.
@user-kw3wt8tw6k if you mean guile’s level 1 super, then yes you got it!
@@Chris_F Thank you so much! Now I know that I have the right motion I'm just doing it wrong on the controller
I am struggling doing the level 1 and 3. Any short cuts? Also I am playing on razor kitsune that has disabled SOCD
Unfortunately I don’t know of any shortcuts, just gotta practice it
Left or right down, light punch and do the lvl 3 super, medium punch 2x and do the lvl 1 super input of its about timing
How do you flash kick into level 3?
2:20 in the video!
How do I implement SOCD? My hitbox is still set to default it seems.
Hold start and down at the same time for 3-4 seconds
Why does the input overlay look off?
How so?
How to create new rules SOCD ? I use GOOGLE translation hope you can understand
Check your stick manufacturers website. Each model has a different way to change SOCD rules
1st combo got me thinking wtf.. didnt know you can stand and still do flask kick
You def can! It’s great for when you want to do 3 lights into a combo
I am new to leverless and am having a really difficult time with getting out supers.
The best advice I can give is to check your inputs to see where you’re going wrong and then practicing a few minutes every day
More videos like this, please. D-pads, joy-sticks. Never quite work for me.
Thanks! Do you mean more leverless videos, or more videos for other controllers too?
@@Chris_F yes
hi how to dr to sonic
It’s a very fast input after DR
Intermediate trial 7 (i think that's the one) is hard as shit. I cannot link EX boom into a flash kick for the life of me.
Edit: 8, not 7
I’ll try to make a short about this
I must be slow because I can't even make out what the heck your doing on .25
What don’t you get?
@@Chris_F I gave up on the light kick into flash kick lol
which buttons are they?
On my stick? I use gamer finger buttons
@@Chris_F Thanks for the reply! Do you recommend them instead of sanwa?
