Guile while being a good character he's not easy to play imo, the antiairing requires lots of practice (disjointed normals beat 2HP) along with perfect boom loop mastery, oh yeah and the patience too because while other characters can unga everyone guile excels in defense and his normals are not designed for heavy offensive rush down so you will get DI a lot. Once you learn all that guile becomes a monster that controls the game.
