Trucks in that country take a real beating, with heavy loads and rough roads. The mechanics seem to know just what to do, to get it back on the road running - at least for the time being. I applaud their work ethic. Pakistan seems full of hard working men.
They need to build a tow truck. Removing transmission on the side of the road, I have to guess that the clutch failed and also had a transmission issue, The problem shown with transmission would not have kept truck from being driven to the shop for repair.
Seeing this and other videos of mechanical interventions, the most disparate..., I am convinced that there are NO devices that are NOT repairable. You will use them until the next breakage, in Italy it will still be useful to get to a mechanic for a permanent replacement!

So much of this video puzzles me. The gearbox selectors were never intended to be welded, and then ground to a guesswork finish. I can hear the driver muttering 2nd and 3rd are in here somewhere 🤣🤣🤣

Thank you so much. Your compliments make our strength. 🥰
Good work 👍
muito bons, parabens ,perfeito trabalho de equipe
Some of the hardest working people I’ve ever seen, puts the rest of the western world to shame, and all for a few dollars a day. Mush respect.👍😃
There’s a lot of talent and knowledge in Pakistan they get things done no special tools needed
Except a lathe, 100 ton minimum hydraulic press and whatever other special tools/equipment they have but yeah.
Nice work mechanic is skill full

Probably afraid that broken off tooth could/would get jammed/do more damage. Don't understand the syncro 'fix'!
Does anybody in this country know what a workbench is for?
they have a very large workbench. Here we call it the FLOOR
For safety reasons workbenches are forbidden in Pakistan.
This way nothing can fall down and chopping off toes.
Lions don't need dinning tables!!!
Họ thích ngồi xổm
Work bench is for lazy people not for real masters
Heres a perfect reason if ever there was one that the world can live without fossil fuels.... these fellas lives depend on the use of fossil fuels....

They never clean off all the dirt and grit on the outside before opening it up. crazy way to work.

great job with the gear they have but the missing bolt in the oil pump housing at 26.40 is really triggering me

I’m not sure what the welding in the gear was for….. wasn’t machined….. just assembled
I believe to build up dimensions.
