    Real-life workout here! I have an hour to get my workout in. With kids, job, and everything, an hour is what I have. These 15-20 min workouts are perfect to pair with your 30 min spin classes. I get a good cardio burn and the strength, too! I feel great, and on the tackle the day! Fantastic workout! Thank you!

    I just wanna say... I was at the hotel gym doing my usual strength workout with your videos. I was lifting more than the bros... All that to say... Kaleigh has some effective workouts, my friends. And I'm 15 weeks pregnant.

    Greetings my fellow healthy workout fans. I'm male and just turned 50 and been looking for shorter workouts and ran into this video today and she did not disappoint. she kicked my ass. I'm coming back for more ass whopping by Kaleigh! More 15 min full body dumbbell videos please!

    This was PERFECT! We are busy getting ready to fly out today but I NEEDED a workout and was so excited to see a 15 min full body option! I know that shorter workouts with you don't lose their effectiveness! Now to finish getting ready!

    This is a great way to pair a 30 min workout or today I ran outside and then came inside to do weights. Thanks for doing the workouts of all types. I’ll have to look into the little pad thingys! 😊

I found your channel a couple of weeks ago, and let me just tell you, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE your workouts!!! ❤They are fast, effective, challenging and addictive LOL! 😊You are so sweet and fun and I just LOVE your energy! And the fact that you have your fur babies with you during the workouts is so ADORABLE 😂❤I honestly feel like I'm working out with a friend.     Ok so this is just about me. I am 20 and weigh 90kgs. Never have I not felt insecure about myself. I was Lean once and something just led to this massive weight gain. And I wanna Change that this time. I have tried working out but then I stopped midway because I was lazy and it didn’t seem effective immediately. But all those dresses that I couldn’t wear and all those times I felt so unattractive in front of my crushes and worst of all hating my body when is desperately needs my love. So this time it’s about me and how much I would do to make the self love be at its max. I will workout 5 times a week and be on calorie deficit and most of all I would love myself in the process and keep the work going and having faith in the process. I will do this workout 2 times a week and others the other days. I will try to give my stats in a month.
