So far, I’ve managed to dodge the nightmares - other than a recurring one that I’ve somehow forgotten to show up for 10th grade final exams. True (weird, I know); that one probably has everything to do with Algebra, and nothing to do with dopamine. Have had a few episodes of acting out dreams, mostly moving my legs to step up dream stairs.
I used to have stress or nightmare dreams about being in the navy or trying to get back into service. The best thing I ever did was try to show my wife a decommissioned ship. I was so unsteady on my feet and afraid of falling and hurting myself, I knew I’d never be able to serve again. 🙃 Good and bad (hard) reality check. I can still say I had the honor and privilege of serving our great nation and my fellow Americans 🇺🇸🌊 ⚓️
I had scary vivid dreams A LOT before getting on sinemet. I still have crazy dreams and often wake myself up talking or making a movement. The sleep paralysis is the worst!
I'm blessed with good sleep. I have occasional bad dreams. The anxiety type. Used to be about high school. Now it's about the job I retired from. My equipment doesn't work and I don't know any of my coworkers. The most I do is whimper in my sleep. I am on Sinemet. I've got that album but I think I like Nightmare 2 better.
Beginning of PD. no bad dreams yet. I do dream ican not complete the task, had a few of those. Probably physically challenged now. I got cramped legs upon relaxation relaxing
It was only after watching this i remembered something that happened to me overnight. I woke up and there was a woman sitting next to me,i didn't recognise her at all. But i knew i was wide awake but i still reached out to touch her face and of course there was nothing there......weird.
I’ve been a vivid dreamer all my life. I started acting out in the late 90s. Around 2004, I threw myself off my bed a couple of times. I’ve had trouble sleeping for decades. I still have strange dreams and talk in my sleep.
Cinemet stomach could never tolerate it. I’m currently taking the Neupro 24hr patch have had good results so far 3rd week on it. I had problems acting out my dreams ended up in my closet a few times, punched walls , yelling Etc. have not had episode in years now. Got sleep mask now so maybe that had a part in it not sure. Thanks for your videos helps a lot from Oregon😀
Vivid dreams and acting them out in your sleep. Also, hallucinations audio/visual are so AWFUL . 😢😢 Lewy Body Dementia has so many signs same as Parkinson’s.
I don't have the acting out of dreams much but I do have the night terrors and hallucinations from Lewy Body and your right it's awful dark and scary 😢
@@JeremyMcdonald I know it's been a long time since I've been chatting with everyone. I had a knee replacement surgery last Nov and that was the most brutal recovery I've ever had Having Parkinson's made it longer and slower but I'm glad I did it. The pain swelling and stiffness was just unbearable It's months of work to recover but it's getting better
i have active dreams in the morning but nothing unusual ...i sometimes mumble in my sleep ... i wake up to go to the washroom ..take another levo pill to slow down the right hand shaking so i can go back to sleep
@@JeremyMcdonald it does stop me from work ... i wonder what people who work with a significant tremor do for a living? might be an interesting poll topic?

That doesn’t sound too bad. Awesome! Thx, Ken😎
Once we got a king sized bed we no longer worried about me waking up swinging and kicking. I can’t even reach that far!
Us, too!

Thank you for serving your country, Kendra! I can’t say as I would do any better than you on the deck of a ship!🛥️

Maybe you should record yourself when you sleep talk. It would probably be an interesting conversation!😆

Anxiety driven dreams. Not too many vivid dreams though.
Good to hear! Thx. Lori!
That was great, I enjoyed the funny voice. For me, I have not had bad dreams, or any acting out. Good job brother! :)
Awesome! Thank you! At least you haven’t had to deal with bad dreams!
