Hello Sanjay C, I'm Yoga, marketing manager at GEEKOM, I saw you on RUclips and we'd love to work with a top tech influencer like you. If you are interested, we are honor to send you one for our highest version of mini pc $999. Could you tell me how we should start? THX!
QOTW: Don't really have a single tool for loudness as 1) there are different ways to achieve loudness (i.e. through clipping, through limiting ... and simply by increasing the gain) and 2) I have way too many options for it ;). And with some news to share because why not: Waves is now at V15, StudioRack is now StudioVerse Effects, added StudioVerse Instruments (same concept but just for instruments) and you can now get Waves stuff through Plugin Boutique. Take the news as you like ;) =]
Speaking of limiters, for me, as always, Izotope Ozone from the music production bundle works above and beyond, and the FabFilter Pro L2 limiter from the mix and mastering bundle is also excellent.
QOTW: my answer is in regards to mastering, as there are too many variables (and thus no "go-to" move for me) in the mixing process. Subtle multiband compression (stock Cubase plugin) > Newfangled Saturate (hard clipping peaks) > the God Particle (limiter off) > Ozone 11 Vintage Limiter (analog mode) > Ozone 11 Maximizer Each of these steps are doing a little upward nudge and control at the same time. It's really common for me to get tracks up to -7 or -6 LUFS integrated while maintaining 6-12dB of dynamic range.
D16 Group Devastor. Now I will finally be getting the Devastor 2, after many years using Devastor (1) in at least 1 channel (or even master) in nearly all my tracks.
Love Felix the cat! I look forward to your videos every week. Thanks for what you do for our community and the great deals you bring us. Best video production and most helpful information. Thank you Sanjay C.
Great video! What are people's opinions of Vocadine vs Humanoid? I love Vocadine's promos, it seems like a really good classic vocoder plugin. Would you say Humanoid does all that and more, or does it have more functions so may be a slightly less concentrated 'classic' vocoder?
Humanoid looks very interesting. I'll have to check that out. Full disclosure: There's a reasonably good chance that I'll spend at least 30 minutes putting my voice through a sine wave while saying "Red 5 standing by." 🤣 Always a good start to a Saturday. Thanks for keeping us abreast of what's new and going on!
I recently got GForce Axxess and MiniMonsta2. Both sound excellent, have great extras like the LFO/EG mod matrix and notably CPU efficient compared to other synth emulations I have.
Humanoid could be fun for certain genres. I don't personally see myself using it. KRAFTER looks very interesting! Again Sanjay, you are straightforward and informative. Your presentation is always pleasant to hear and see. Production quality is on point. 👍👍👍
why dont you give us a sound sample of these plug ins? sound and music are not about how well you describe them rather how your ear picks up the sonic and timber of sounds produced.
@@SanjayC was just in the Black hole of YT and saw your video was up 20secs ago 😂 immediately jumped in, and I was the 1st like as well 😂 All good, hope you too are doing great and making music (I clearly was not 😂)! 😁
I just watched a straight up 8 minute infomercial that didn't even demonstrate the product at all? Literally mashed the right arrow key all the way through and didn't hear any audio at all. Come on man, at least present this stuff as sponsored advertising up front.
Nothing in the video was sponsored. When it is, you’ll hear me say it loud and clear. Check back to previous videos. And you can ask instead of assuming next time. I would appreciate that much more.
I clicked on the video thinking I learn something about the plugin in the thumbnail. Instead I got an overview about the prices. Nothing more. Pitty this video doesn't teach about a tool or a craft but only about the market. Guess I came to the wrong place.

As usual Baby Audio comes through! I may have to try this. Looks like Vocodine on steroids
Thanks so much for the Super Thanks, my friend!

Hey Derek...thanks for the other updates. I want to see if Waves continues the $29 deals on PB!
@@SanjayC And yes, I am curious how the pricing will go beyond the “Intro Sale” deal 😆
Speaking of limiters, for me, as always, Izotope Ozone from the music production bundle works above and beyond, and the FabFilter Pro L2 limiter from the mix and mastering bundle is also excellent.
Thanks for the recommendations. Ozone is always a good go-to!

Nice suggestion!
Reason studios Maximizer is my go to.. I mix in Cubase but I use the rack, plug-in and load maximizer
I need to use Reason more. What else do you use it for?
@@SanjayC I definitely use it for the Synths and players. In my opinion reason has the best stock Synths..
Always love your weekly videos. Looking forward to your review later this week!
Thank you so much. 😊
felix the cat shirt is rad..thanks for the videos...

Recommend bassroom mixroom and limiter for folk style music?
What you think about ik multimedia effects for 49.99?
Nice..Felix the Cat was my favorite cartoon when I was a child 😊
Felix the Cat was awesome bro!
Very cool information this time again!
What is something like the akai mpk mini play mk3 that is small and afordable but with a built in sequencer?
Hey ya ! I am not able to download Animate plugin for free even after applying code several times?
Humanoid looks very interesting. I'll have to check that out. Full disclosure: There's a reasonably good chance that I'll spend at least 30 minutes putting my voice through a sine wave while saying "Red 5 standing by." 🤣

Since Logic 11 came out...Chromaglow is king!
Qotw: I used A.O.M InvisibleLimieter for a long time, now I'm usually reaching for Ozone or IK Multimedia Stealth Limiter
Humanoid could be fun for certain genres. I don't personally see myself using it. KRAFTER looks very interesting!

Thank you ❤
You're always welcome. Which story was the best?
@@SanjayC Baby audio
Fruity Maximus is best for loudness imo, and its free stock plugin of fl too
QOTW: Ozone 9.
Techivation AI loudener 🔥
Yeah, I really like that one too
I love how *AI* marches ahead to become more human, and *we* humans _regress_ to becoming more like a *robot!* 😅
QofW = Weiss MM1 Maximizer
Can you get us a discount on Reso Mastering the Mix?
I’m waiting for a serato sample deal

Newfangled Saturate
The Trial of Humanoid doesn't work on my Windows emulator. The "Continue" button at the welcome screen does nothing. 🤥
10sec in and I'm here :)
Thanks for coming so early! How are you doing, LabofmusicRecords?
@@SanjayC hey Sanjay, thx for asking :) I'm good, hope you are well too, have a nice weekend :)
20seconds in! :D Lets gooooo!
Haha! How are you doing?
