  • According to a CDC study, 90% of adults 20 and older are at risk for heart disease. Dr. Dave Montgomery says heart disease remains the most common cause of death because people who have risks aren't identified early enough to prevent it.

    It's really convenient to eat horribly. It takes effort and planning to eat healthy and exercise effectively. Most Americans don't do it.

    Begging my docs for months to help me. Unexplained sudden weight gain. SO GUYS, yall sue the fkn life out of the healthcare system when I die of obesity. Healthy diet and exercise, no change. Need help from doctors who dont care. Sue them when im dead. Thanks!

      Take responsibility! Stop eating so much, get a gym membership, get an Apple Watch, walk 10,000 steps a day. Stop eating at 6pm. Dinner meal protein and veggies. Don’t blame anyone except yourself. I’m not trying to be mean. It takes some work, but if I can do it, anyone can.
