- Obesity is hard on the heart and new research shows rising rates of obesity are leading to an increase in deaths from heart disease. Black Americans in particular are at higher risk of dying from obesity-related heart disease and new research suggests that the problem is only getting worse.
Eat healthy and exercise. Knock off sugar, fried foods, and anything packaged by corporations. Buy from and support honest farmers. Otherwise, good luck with your obesity, high blood pressure, and diabetes.

The problem is that when you say Obesity there are many different reasons for obesity. Are the deaths due to insulin resistance and sugar? Or would people who are metabolically healthy still get heart disease?
