You should have it evaluated as it carries some risk.
I don’t want to worry you too much but my late son who died of Colon Cancer had all of those symptoms before finally got diagnosed, 2 and 1/2 weeks before his passing. I really strongly suggest that you should insist on getting examined asap. My son’s doctors kept dismissing him saying it was unlikely to be anything serious because of his age(25) at the time.

Who is to say that can't be done anyway during any blood test or medical procedure? When people are suspected of a crime the police can take an object (hairbrush, cup, etc.) they might have DNA on and test it.

And this test screens for 50+ cancers, but the downside is that (at least in the US) you have to be 40 and up.
