12 Stretches You Can Do at Home to Burn Fat

  • You don’t have to go through intense cardio workouts to get the body of your dreams. Try out 12 simple stretches you can do at home to burn fat quickly. Flexibility exercises are also helpful in improving metabolism, blood circulation, and even muscle building. They improve your posture and, thus, even increase your height. You can engage all of your abdominal muscles and even reduces the risk of developing cardiovascular disease. The Warrior pose improves your balance as well. The Bridge is especially known for toning and shaping the buttocks. And no more back pain is a great bonus of this stretch too.
    Stretching your inner and outer thighs is key for good flexibility. This pose in particular targets the muscles of your inner thighs and groin. If you aren't very flexible, doing this stretch regularly will change that significantly.
    Besides the physical stuff, stretches also have a great effect on your emotional state, helping you deal with depression and stress.

    -The cobra stretch stretches out your spine and helps promote the growth of cartilage between your vertebrae.
    -Seated Torso Twist exercise targets your back, abs, and obliques.

    -This exercise is a great workout for your glutes, legs, and abs. It’s especially known for toning and shaping the buttocks.

    Yes, it really works I tried doing these exercises for one week and I noticed that I really became slim and tall and I continued it for a month and I was really satisfied with the results ! And now I am taller than my older sister !

    Hey everyone!!
    So now it's been exactly a week since I started doing these stretches. Here's a brief description :
    Since I was determined I managed to complete whole video on DAY 1 but was exhausted like anything. Since that was my first time doing all these stretches so some poses weren't that easy for me.
    On DAY 2 and DAY 3 there was immense pain in my whole body but I managed to complete the stretching bcz I knew that if I left this routine, the day when I start it again, my body will ache again.
    Today on DAY 7 there's no pain in my body and I'm able to finish this routine a little bit easily and I'm better at some stretches like the warrior and the triangle etc. I have become a little more flexible.
    TIP: Please be watchful about your breathing otherwise you'll really suffer from a bodypain like me. While doing the exercises, breathe normally.
    P.S.- Sorry that I didn't start updating right from the first day tbh I myself didn't think that I would be able to continue these stretches even a week😅

    Day 19th and... I was only 5'3 but now that i am doing this i am A WAPPING 5'7. AND i weighted 59 kgs before doing this but now I AM A WAPPING 30 kgs! I AM SO THANKFUL FOR WHO EVER MADE THIS VIDEO❗❗

    Day 1 Of Doing The Exercise - I feel pretty same.
    Day 2 - some changes in my legs.

    Day 5- guess I lost 1kg
    Day 6 - changes in my triceps and hands!
    Day 7 - feels same
    Day 8 - guess I lost 1kg :)
    Day 9 - feels cool and are very comfortable with these excersise.. I'm not sweating much like I used to
    Day 10 - still on power!!
    Day - 11 - lost 1 kg
    Day - 12 - same
    Day - 13 - more flexible
    Day - 14 - difference in legs
    Day - 15 - my hips pain 😓
    Day - 16 - still my hips are paining 😕
    Tips - Each passing day do it twice!! ;)

    Hello! I am a 13 year old girl who was insecure about my weight and I just hated myself over all, so I decided when school ends to fix myself. The first week was alright, but then it got easier. I kept doing this video then a much more extreme glute work out video to work on my lower body everyday until I had to go back to school. Sure you will be sore for a day or two, but it’s worth it. And I have to say it helped a little with my confidence and even helped my drumming too! I wanted to share this with all the much younger people like me who were insecure about their bodies and who wanted to work out but didn’t know how to start or if it will work. Never give up even if you get sore! Trust me, even though you might not see change, everybody else around you will.

    I did this in the summer of 2019 every day and I’m not sure how many pounds I lost but I definitely saw a big difference and here I am again restarting this along with other workouts to lose even more weight

      @@alana1lamaskz272 I didn’t do a diet but I did eat cleaner and had less carb and sugar intake. I believe I lost around 10 pounds and you could see a difference in my face and stomach

      @@ashley0980 I would do this once a day and 7 times a week and I started to notice that I could focus more on my studies, I became less lazy and more active and I also became a bit leaner but you have to do this for about 6 months if you really want to lose weight

      @@samanthaxiong9449 I wasn't really doing it for weight loss but I would say about 6 to 8 kg but yoga is not enough. I would suggest you to do chloe ting's workout. They have helped me alot a lot. I lost a few kgs in just 2 or 3 week

      The best thing to loose weight in a week is climbing 1 floor stairs and coming down 10 times every day, trust me it really works!!!! It is what helped me loose my weight in a month

    Wow I’m proud of myself I went trough this like a charm and I’m only ten years old! The one that mostly left me in tears is the downward dog I did it for like 40 secs but there’s nothing better than a good challenge I’ll be doing this every day thanks brightside 💕☺️

    Day 2: Strenuous exercise, only healthy food.

      I have this exercise app on my moms phone but I’m too lazy so here’s a demonstration:
      Day 1:ok let’s avoid junk food and only stick to the diet
      Day 2:ok 3,2,1aaaannnd done ✅

    i’m still gonna continue this but within the first week i saw results on day 3 and it’s not even that hard it’s actually really relaxing so i definitely recommend this

    My progress
    Week one - Same
    Week two - A bit of changes in my legs and lost about 1 pound
    Week three - lost 1 pound
    Week four - lost one pound
    Week five - lost 1 pound and I have a few changes in my stomach
    Not week 6 yet but I won 2 pounds then I lost one pound later :( ...:)

      Lol as an Indian who has been doing that pose since i was a toddler, its quite easy..nah not that easy for me because i don’t do yoga..I’m lazy.
      (Its a yoga pose which is kind of to greet the sun its known as ‘Surya namaskar’, it also has many other steps..the cobra pose is just a part of it. it helps to stretch your body pretty nicely so you can probably search it on yt and do it every morning to stay fit and stretched)

    Thankyou so much bright side for this routine, I'v been doing these stretches regularly and in just a week or so I was much more flexible then I ever dreamed I could be. My posture has been amazing and I'v also lost so much weight. Totally recommend these stretches.

    I really love this exercise, it helps me lose 15 kg of fats. Before my weight is 70 kg and after doing this exercise everyday with a combination of diet I became 55 kg.
    Note: I increased the number every week until i reach 100.
