How effective is it please i have a broody hen sitting on 12 egges so please need to know how effective is it does it really work will it prevent deaths ?
We use this for all of our chicks, layers and meat birds alike. The stock that you're pulling from and their nutrition plays a large role. If you are starting with good, hardy parents then yes this is a great boost to your chicks. If you're starting with subpar stock and nutrition then you are already battling uphill. I personally would absolutely still give it, but please don't think that any one thing is going to somehow make your chicks healthy if they aren't to begin with. I'm in no way implying that your chickens aren't in great health. Simply sharing that these are a few of the things we do to ensure healthy and robust birds.
Do you put this out in a waterer or feed it with dropper to each? So you also put out fresh water with it?
