Rabbitry Waterer

We are all about simplifying as much as we can for our daily chores. Filling one bucket for all the rabbits as opposed to individual water bottles (even flip top) is much quicker.
Since filming we have decided that we will add another 5 gal bucket from the other side so they have 10 gallons available. Especially during the warmer season months.

We have made one main modification since assembling this. We didn't originally have a ball valve on the bottom row and we added one. The pipes only had to freeze and break for one brutal freeze for us to leave we needed a quick way to empty any excess water before really cold temps. Our waterer is inside the chicken/rabbit house and typically doesn't freeze unless we have very cold temps.

Can I ask why you are going to rip out the raised beds? Do you not like the raised bed gardening? Just asking for learning purposes. We have raised beds and out plants do great. Our ground is to rocky, so the very first year we tried to grow in the ground it did not do well so we switched to raise beds.

We are working to build our soul for the same reason. It's soooo rocky! Or real motivation is to increase the grow space in the tunnel. We're really limited by the arrangement of these beds for what we'd like to grow and the quantity. We also plan to move the chickens into the tunnels for the winter to have them help turn our compost in here and to keep them warmer and hopefully keep em production just a bit higher.
We will repurpose these beds outside the tunnel.

We're figuring we can almost double our grow space by changing the set up!
