- Thai Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin is scheduled to visit the Thai-Myanmar border town of Mae Sot tomorrow, amid fresh clashes between Myanmar forces and armed ethnic groups in the region. The latest violence has been centred in the town of Myawaddy in Myanmar, which shares the border with Mae Sot. The Thai district police chief has estimated that at least a thousand people have fled into Thailand due to the conflict. Thailand has crafted short- and long-term plans to ensure it can respond promptly to emergent situations. May Wong reports from Mae Sot.
It is time Thai government engage talk with Myanmar ethnic groups who are fighting for freedom and Democracy.

Both are terrible ideas. Megaprisons are usually privately owned and we can all see what private ownership of prisons lead to = the NEED for more prisoners, otherwise it is not profitable to run such a huge prison (check out US prison system). This leads to politicians (or junta) to create or use obsolete laws to imprison citizens in order to keep the prisons filled (example of a pointless law: lese-majeste law in thailand 112)
And bitcoin has very little uses outside of the black market and market speculation, there are MUCH better ways to use our time and energy resources instead of supporting such a pointless and bloated pseudo-infrastructure such as bitcoin...
Instead of these two bad ideas, what about making thai education better? Maybe job opportunities better? Social security better for old/retired/poor people? Sooo many more important issues to focus on...

This is very complicated for Thai, if Thai backs Karen then Thai will be in the direct conflict with Myanmar Army and engage in direct warfare.
