Bangladesh started cultivating genetically modified organism (GMO) cotton in order to boost the crop's production, while arguments for and against it are still brewing up in India. They set up demonstration farms to introduce the new cotton variety and took Initiatives to extend its cultivation after the trial period by distributing it to farmers. Bangladeshi politicians, unlike their Indian counterparts, have defended the country's agricultural scientists and supported farmers who wanted to adopt the improved brinjal seeds. Bangladesh was the world’s second-largest apparel supplier after China, with 6.5 percent of the market, outpacing neighboring India despite the latter’s much larger economy.

Rather than keeping an eye on Bangladesh, it should've been also mentioned how India overlooks it’s neighbour and solid ally Bangladesh.
For decades Bangladesh asked for the fair share of the Teesta river but the Indian government, particularly the West Bengal government disapproved. Now Bangladesh is building the Teesta River Comprehensive Management program and with it Bangladesh is going to solve their own problem. Moreover China is lending the 1 billion USD needed, which Bangladesh is surely going to pay off with it’s steady growth and not falling for the debt trap.
Now India is going to stay aware of Chinese presence near the Chickens Neck region!
