are you trying to test it with just a case? I highly recommend a good quality snap-cap like tipton. I used to make my own snap caps and I can make them extremely well but a 20 pack of tiptons still cycles more alike to a real live round than anything I can make.
Ive watched your videos and I have a feeling there is some sort of burr or obstructing preventing the bolt head from rotating. I'm not a gunsmith or have experience with RPR but I do mechanical restoration, and this looks like a situation I would probably be taking the bolt and upper apart and cleaning it with something like WD40 in an high-pressure spray bottle or mineral oil and go through each part with a soft makeupbrush and look for wear surfaces that have worn uneven or created pitting. I think I can even see a burr developing on the bolt.
Something that helps me diagnose issues with firearms like this is remembering when things top making sense to clean it and lubricate it to make sure you havent accidentally lost all your oil/grease. again I don't work on RPR so I'd have to refer to their recommendations on how to do that but that was one other thing i noticed was that bad boy looks dry as a bone.
good luck out there I hope you fix this

No, the gun has an issue with a hard bolt close. I removed the extractor and the hard close went away. I believe I have an extractor problem to address.
