    I was tested for standard celiac disease and the test was negative. That was supposedly end of story. But having absolutely had symptoms for years after eating gluten I doubted the test. So I stopped eating gluten. Guess what!. I was finally able to stop taking Imodium every day and feel so much better. I also noticed major cravings when eating wheat. I was never full. When I stopped wheat I stopped feeling constantly hungry. I lost 80 pounds, my brain felt clear. It changed my life.

    Very interesting talk. I learned a lot and I enjoyed the fact that both doctors got along very well and shared information and were in agreement on many points. I follow Dr Perlmutter and have read all his books except I think his most recent. Thank you both.

      some not all u have to look for the inprint on it it will say gluten free it comes in a bag not a box no bow u can find them on line or if u go in the grocery store go in the gluten free isle if u dont go in the gluten free isle its not gluten free

    i am a trucker searching for /cures/ on gout . heart issues blood presure .now 60 pounds over weight , eat alot of eggs chicken . burgers love bread. spice franks hot sauce , hot dogs at loves truck stop, i have 90 day supply alipurninal waiting for me want to check liver first austin rx joints on fire alot cook with oli oil and ninja air fryer excuse my written as no glasses

      No alcohol no fish at all. Cut back on meats (high in purines) not had a gout attack in years and also lost weight.

      Read drop acid by Dr Perlmutter.
      He says if you supplement with 500mg of quercetin and 100mg of Luteolin you get a drop in uric acid

    I am simply shocked only two people have watched or commented on the book. My immune system is haywire.grain brain is a very sounds book.maybe the I terviewer doesn't realize monsanto has changed our grains

      I own the book and have worked hard to better understand just what is actualy going on in the brain and yes have many times asked is it the glyphosates of gluton.....is it what we use instead of wheat and other grains w/gluton?......or....is it the hybreeding .....Monsanto did not mess with our grains! the farmer does....listen to what the doctor said! AND......it is now Bayer no longer Monsanto....also they are changing from the Name Roundup so we will be fooled!
      something else not mentioned, we are what we eat....cows are what they eat....they are fed with GMO soy and Corn in the feedlots so of course our supermarket meat and milk is soooooooo contaminated!!!!. Listen to the discussion aagain and plant a garden!!!!
