    I would like to have one. Maybe one day. Good video, the hose reel really takes it to the next level. Wished you had gone over the temperature settings more.

    never trust those plastic quick-connects! they break easily on ordinary cold water garden hoses!

    To avoid egging pipe ( de-forming ) when holding it with a pipe wrench, you should always use a " 3 corner bite ". Open the jaws just enough so that the pipe rests against the back side of the jaw frame, while both Jawa are also contacting the pipe. This way you don't run the risk of crushing the pipe.

    That is a real Easy Kleen. Different models different engines. The newer ones have Kohlers, a lot of them have Lifan engines (Honda knock-offs), which is probably what yours is. How much did you get it on Kijiji for?

    Odd request, but we picked up one of these units for work but it needed some repairs to get running. Any way you could drop the ignitor door and take a quick picture of what the wiring in there is supposed to look like?

    Can the system be drained of water? We have hard water, can a water purifier be used?

      Hard water will build up and cause problems with heating pipe, really builds faster when heated

    I have same machine, but mine has heating issues. burner is not coming on, any suggestions ?

      Could potentially be many different things...burner nozzles clogged, ignitor bad, wiring problem, pressure switch gone bad, etc. i would check if power is getting to the ignitor on the burner, also power to the solenoid for the diesel.

    How much engine oil do you recommend? Conventional?
    How much Hydraulic fluid?

    Hey Rudi good video, I have a hot water pressure washer similar to yours but my hot water doesn't run by battery it runs by generator. Is it possible I can change it from generator to battery on the hot water unit???

    • @rudijones
      @rudijones  4 года назад +2

      Randy Tucker I am sure it is possible but your burner is likely 120v and mine is 12v. The switch over might be more difficult then it’s worth.

      @@rudijones ya you right! Thanks

    • @Sugarkryptonite
      @Sugarkryptonite 3 года назад

      @@randytucker8970 It can be done, but will cost you probably $1500-2000 CAD by the time it's done. Your engine probably doesn't have a magneto in it, nor does it have a voltage regulator like this 12V model, so those would need to be bought. Also a 12V burner/ignitor setup would need to be bought (they go for around $1000 unless you can find one used)
