Why aren’t these coils made of stainless steel? Hard water doesn’t deposit on stainless like it does black pipe. And rusted out/leaky coils seems to be a common problem on older units. Stainless would eliminate this problem, also.

@@lnpipeline3306 Farley's, they don't warranty them because SS gets brittle and busts unlike mild steel. Might get 3 years out of a SS coil and water won't get quite as hot.

Stainless steel is more expensive, and manufacturers wouldn't be able to sell as many coils LOL

@@lnpipeline3306 The frame and coil wrap are stainless steel, but not the coil.
@@AmeriRentEquipment Being a dealer, do you know if any pressure washer manufacturers offer a stainless coil as an option?
