      @@mjordan5382 all thats been debunked. Its only bad when you are inactive and when the molecules of fructose and other compounds in fruit are degregated. All foods and wild foods are perfectly structured for us already. That is why when humans stop eating the trash american diet thats been so terribly altered, we regain complete health 99% of the time.

    I'm so happy I discovered you. I have been having gut issues for almost 10 years now and I have seen many different doctors, only to be medicated, none of which worked for me ever. I used to self-medicate with marijuana, and live my days bloated, and in pain. I just started your diet a week ago, and my stomach feels so much better already. I have made a commitment to myself to continue this diet for at least 6 months to 12 months. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE CONTENT YOU MAKE. I APPRECIATE YOU MY FRIEND.

    I've been following Dr. Saladino's way of eating for about 6 months. I started at 210 lbs about 30% BF. I am now 168lbs about 15% BF. I am 6'0" tall. I eat approximately 3200 calories per day, all In a 2-3 hour eating window. 200-250g P / 100-150g Carbs/ 120-150g fat . I am a carpenter so I have a physical job. I weight train 3-4 days a week and do cardio once or twice a week. I'm never hungry... ever. Losing weight has been extremely simple with this method... it did take me a few weeks to acclimate.

      Bro why does my body fat cant get lower doing this diet. Can u please tell me. I does lose weight from 115kg to 100kg. But once i reach the 100kg mark . I hardly lose weight. My meal a day is afternoon 2 eggs and 300 grams of steak. And dinner 3 eggs and 450 grams of steak all grass fed. No carbs no sugar .

      Are you very accurate about calorie tracking? I am shocked you could lose that much weight consuming 3200 calories. Perhaps Paul is right about the engine theory and CICO not being the right way to lose weight haha

    So glad I found you and your diet! I’ve been on it since Sept and have lost 38 pounds. I’ve had several cheat meals but I’m still loosing and feel so much better.

      Did you lower your calorie intake at all or same calories but meat and fruits?
      Cause you could have just lose weight cause less calories, I'm just wondering though

    This man is a trail blazer that we need, this is probably the best diet I've ever seen. I'm not as strict, as I can't do the organs, but incorporating some of his ideas my energy & mood as improved so much!

    I rarely comment on videos - but for over a month and a half I have gone mostly carnivore (did straight carnivore for a month first - added in fruit now) - and I feel so good. Was suffering from severe and chronic fatigue since July... I own a business and my productivity was so shot that I started realizing that if I can't get back to my normal self then I'm in trouble - within three days I felt like a completely new person.
    Woke up naturally an hour earlier than normal and got STRAIGHT to work and felt amazing... my wife noted within a minute of talking in the morning that I was a lot more myself and energetic - the fact she noticed immediately should say something.
    Lost 10 pounds within a bit over a week (and I'm not really overweight - maybe 15lbs more than I want to be - currently 165lbs at 5' 10")
    And yesterday I went to the gym for the first time in a long time - and was a bit concerned about the energy side... but man - I felt awesome. Sore today but the workout itself was fantastic and I felt NO negative impact in terms of energy.
    Thanks for all the information you have here... literally feel like I can go into 2023 as a "new person"

      Enjoy the journey! I was in the same position as you are in right now 18 months ago.
      I did strict carnivore for 2.5 months. It felt amazing. Then I started to notice certain sleep and energy issues. So, I started introducing veggies and light carbs. Did 6 months of that, and then I introduced more fruits into my diet. 4 months into that, I started going to the gym. Man, I got in shape really quick. Its been 6 months since i started going to the gym. One thing I noticed is that I function better and make more gains when I have more carbs than normal. So, the last change I made to my diet was about a month ago when I increased the carbohydrate intake. I'm having more rice now than I did for the past 18 months. I feel much better.
      As you can see, its a bit of a journey, You are going to be tweaking here and there. As long as you're honest with yourself and not religious about any form of diet, you'll do fantastic.

      @@sergiomurillo9930 eat enough fat (fatty ground beef, fatty steaks, tallow & ghee) and you should be good to go. That’s what worked for me

    Here in the Philippines, beef is hard to get in the province. So, I eat local raised water buffalo. It is very good!

    Yes! My brain instinctively lights up with "This is it!" "This is how we were meant to live!" when I watch these videos. I've tried vegan and was absolutely miserable after the first month with painful aching joints, depression, hair loss, bloating, and to the point where I was no longer progressing in my workouts. Towards the end of my vegan journey I became almost desperate for liver, eggs, salmon, and milk...an almost animalistic type of craving for those 4 things in particular. I've started eating this way, and although not perfect as in 100% organic and raw...I do feel 1000% better! The aching joints, constant bloating, and depression is gone! I could only imagine how I could feel even better with raw dairy and everything organic. I do believe that we are supposed to fast occasionally, but certainly not everyday! This is the perfect lifestyle to thrive! Thank you, Paul!

      @@rishabh6523 I'm not sure if you are aware of this...but a lot of foods that are considered "vegan" can cause inflammatory responses in a lot of people, which in turn, can quickly cause these types of symptoms. Perhaps educate yourself a little better before excusing someone of "fooling around"?

      raw meat is best.never process your food or freeze it or keep meat in fridge longer than 3 hours it becomes toxic .spices and all type salt are toxic to body as well.fruits are toxic.

    Hey Paul there is nothing wrong with hay! It’s just dry grass. The problem comes when the fields are sprayed. Here in GA we have to feed some hay over the winter but I get it from a neighbor that does not spray his fields. Just thought I’d comment in case anyone starts worrying about their animals eating hay. Here is where knowing your farmer’s practices is key.

      I think he was just saying that they literally ONLY eat fresh grass since it's Costa Rica. He's been to White Oak Pastures and understands regenerative ag, so I'd be very surprised if he was poopooing hay.

    Thank you, Dr. Paul! I am a board certified holistic nutritionist who was drilled with plant-based studies and "research" all throughout my education. You were the very first carnivore video I ever saw in my RUclips feed. I thought you were crazy! I was in the middle of my own diet overhaul because the bloating and GERD from plant-based eating was taking a toll. I watched so many of your videos and finally decided to give it a try. Several months later, I am fully transitioned and I honestly feel great. I won't lie and say it was smooth sailing, because it wasn't. I have an extremely sensitive gut and everything effects me. My GERD and bloating, however, went away almost overnight. I had a few flare ups with the GERD during my transition, but nothing at all serious or bad. I have never taken medications, but I did use enzymes to help my tummy. Since transitioning, I only needed them twice. Hopefully my future will be even better. I am still getting used to this WOE. Bodybuilding is my main exercise...two years post-menopause has been an awesome life experience for me. Now it's even better! Thanks so much for all you do and being so honest...even changing your perspective. You are an incredible inspiration.

      Hi! I'm in active menopause and need to lose weight. I was an avid swimmer and runner, but a careless driver caused an accident that took me out of commission for a couple of years. I'm simply thankful to be here, but I need this weight off. I cannot run, but I can walk more fluidly now. I'm unemployed (Merry Christmas to me); but, once I get back to work, I'm renewing my gym membership. I get outside when the temps are above 40, but winter is upon us. I'm interested in hearing more about your experience with menopause and the carnivore diet. Do you think this will help me? I'm also concerned about cholesterol and keeping the grocery budget low for right now. Thank you.

      @Daphne Lattimer I can't comment on anything regarding post-menopause, but started this WOE a month ago and my inflammation has dropped significantly, so I'm able to increase my activity level (I was fairly athletic until the age of 30). I've always been a fairly active person and became frustrated with the inflammation holding me back, and just pushed through the discomfort and worked on stretching (in a hot shower). Once the inflammation eased (still not 100% gone), I was able to increase my range of motion and activity. Try something similar, expand on stretching with shallow knee bends, small lunges, standing pushups against a wall or chair back, and just keep walking outside as the weather permits. Baby steps, but you will get there! Set short term goals that you can achieve. As you can do more, do a little more, and keep building on that. I'm going to do the same. A few months ago, prior to changing to this WOE, I was trying to get back into running to encourage my daughter to run with me, and struggled terribly, and gave up. I think by spring, I will be able to try again successfully. Try intermittent fasting, too, if you haven't already done so, to help with weight reduction. It's helped many of us (including me). I try for 16-8, but some can't do that and do 14-10. Paul and others on YT that practice this WOE, are inspiring, as well as the regular folks in the comments section. It's a great, supportive community. I don't always comment, but tap the like button on comments regularly, and give a supportive nudge when I can (like here), and others (strangers) have done that for me.     Your content has given me hope and a plan. Only a few weeks into a carnivore diet, I felt I needed to add some fruit because my energy levels were shot. I'm fortunate enough to have maple syrup accessible due to where I live. You gave me permission and now I'm feeling a whole lot better!

    Loved seeing what you eat in a day, Paul! I’ll leave my 2 cents for those dealing with autoimmune: All that fruit would just destroy me. Mango bloats me, papaya gives me TERRIBLE brain fog, bananas give me painful chest pain, and the list goes on! If you’re dealing with health issues I suggest you go full keto-carnivore for 3 months, without dairy (milk, butter, cheese) at least, before introducing other foods. Even eggs I’d remove for a month and then reintroduce (be sure the chicken are not feed soy). After that, introduce foods one by one slowly over weeks to test them. Lots of papayas give me brain fog in 30 min, small amounts affect me only the next day. It can be tricky, but find a community, search a lot or work with a professional. I went from almost dead to healthy again thanks to this diet 🙌🏻🥩❤️ it is possible!

      How the fuck do you know that you had these reactions to foods? Sounds coincedental or at best anecdotal. You probably eat too fast and then convince yourself normal reactions are unusual. People more often convince themselves that they are sick than people are actually sick.

    Hey Paul, I had been a carnivore for about a year when you first started on RUclips and I've been following your channel ever since. At that time I was having issues with poor sleep and extreme muscle cramping. The answer from many in the community was to increase sodium and magnesium intake which I tried to no avail. After you experienced these same issues you suggested adding in some carbohydrates in the form of honey and fruit which I did and was so happy to find that it worked like a charm. At this time I don't know why some people need to do this and others don't (I have some theories) but I just noticed today that Ken Berry just posted a video on the "hidden dangers of fruit and honey". I personally don't think a small to moderate amount of honey or fruit is dangerous in any way but I fear this kind of information could send a lot of meat based folks who really "need" some carbs into a state of confusion. Not sure why Berry (and Chaffee too for that matter) are so reluctant to see that this is a real phenomenon with some people. I get the idea that they think people are just making excuses to have carbs. I really prefer not to have carbs but if eating them will keep me from severe cramping and sleepless nights then I'm in.

      You need 4.7 grams of potassium per day to be healthy, that is the bare minimum. Don't listen to this guy. You are a herbivore!!! You chew your food and you have a large intestine for the processing of fiber. No animal should be drinking or eating another animal's milk. If you want your muscles to relax you need potassium. Potassium works opposite to sodium as sodium helps to hold water and pull water into a cell and potassium helps to push water out of a cell. Please learn about the benefits from plans. There is a reason why fruits and flowers and roots look and taste appealing and cows don't. But don't take my word for it. Learn from someone else besides this guy.

      If you placed a box of chicks in front of most animals they would eat them. Goats will eat anything they can fit in their mouths. This is not proof of anything.

    I'm so late to the Paul party. Your lifestyle is prime!! I've struggled with vegetarian, vegansim, carnivore, keto, you name it. I had diabetes and fatty liver disease. I reversed it all and lost two dress sizes since May by eating meat and fruit and some veggies but I'm going to stick to this lifestyle!! This to me makes the most sense.

    this is so true and beneficial! thanks paul :D i live in australia in byron bay and we have access to a lot of good organic foods. ive tried your diet for just THREE DAYS and i already feel stronger, more vital, and im sleeping better and getting less cramps and muscles pains. thank you so much for sharing this valuable knowledge with us! keep on educating the world about the true evolutionarily appropriate diet for humans.

    This makes me happy. I’ve been thinking of transitioning to a more meat based diet due to a lot of autoimmune issues and food intolerances. My problem is my sweet tooth. So being able to keep some honey and fruit in my diet makes a meat based diet far more manageable for me. Definitely going to change my diet to this way of eating. I can’t get raw milk where I live so will not be able to do that. I’m thinking I will include the best yogurt and sour cream that I can get and see how that goes. This makes sense to me as I think the proper human diet is actually a really simple one and not as complicated as we make it. No fancy recipes needed. Just pure and simple foods the way God intended.

    I tried strict carnivore for the first 2 years of being carnivore. It was good but I felt something was missing. Although I felt much better than the standard diet, still I didn't feel optimal.
    Till I followed what you did regarding incorporating fruit and liver into the carnivore diet.
    That was the missing key for me.
    3 years a carnivore now. I'm slim and muscular and fit at 51.

    Man, i used to workout and never have abs. Month on carnivore diet i got abs naturally and I don’t even workout that much, just two times a week and sits in front of computer whole day and still i feel amazing. Thanks paul.

    Hi, Paul! I have read Carnivore Code and I have your cookbook. I'm feeling great eating animal-based diet! Interesting nugget: I'm reading a book about Genghis Khan and it states that his troops were much healthier than their enemies because they ate mostly meat and dairy. Their enemies ate a grain-based diet and they were sickly with rotten teeth.

    New subscriber here. I too live in Costa Rica and have been Carnivore for 10 months and doing fabulous however i miss all our organic fresh fruits here since going Carnivore. I am going to try to follow your advice and add in these fruits daily. I won't add vegetables because i tried once and my gut issues flared up which have been good since being carnivore. Im glad I found your video. My husband and I will start your advise Friday when we go to our local Farmers market.

    Before I learned of people sharing this I had discovered on my own by truly fasting, detoxifying, and listening to my body that I had the keys already to great health. I am so glad I was listening to myself because a lot of what you share is what I have been doing. I have been eating meat to hold muscle, strength and building a strong immune system while fruit helps detox and cleanse the colon. I also drink a lot of herbal tea to help my body recover during resting periods. Great stuff here!

    I have followed a very similar diet to Paul's for 4 months now but with a little bit of white rice instead of honey. I have never felt better, lost a lot of bodyfat and it cleared up the digestion problems I had for 20 years by eliminating almost all fiber.

      @@tobia5267 Sounds like you have an issue digesting meat. Try pancreatic enzymes and betaine hcl. You also might just be eating too lean cuts of meat and need more fat.

    *⚠️ WARNING ⚠️* I had the worst case of gout I've ever had when I switched from carnivore to carnivore / fruit. I've been carnivore for the last 3 years. Within a week of adding in fruit & honey I had a flare up of gout. It took me two days of fasting and then returning to strict carnivore for about a couple weeks for everything to get back to normal. My hunch is the fructose for some people is just not tolerated, especially if you had metabolic syndrome in the past with liver dysfunction/high triglycerides, which I did.

      I'm sorry you had gout from honey and fruit. Have you considered adding in some fermented foods like sauerkraut and low sugar berries? Maybe go slow.

      That's what happens when you do extreme diets , your body ends up allergic to certain things because you have deprived it of the enzymes it needs to properly digest it. Same reason why vegans piss blood when they go back to eating meat after many years of body adapting.

    I added fruit in the summer (papaya, oranges, mangoes) along with my meats and noticed after several weeks my far sightedness getting so bad that my vision was blurry. I immediately cut out the fruits and began doing a high fat carnivore diet with minimal carbs coming from plantains and some greens (helps with sleep) and my gosh, my far sightedness improved dramatically within 3 days, and as I increased and maintain the high fat my vision is on point and stellar. It’s incredible, I can’t believe how fruits was impacting my vision. I wish I could eat it, maybe in moderation? I’ll try again and experiment.

      @@Sustainavore Agreed. Except Paul and others in this space claim this is the optimal diet for all humans. Totally wrong. He also pushes eating organ meat constantly and sells his capsules at ridiculous prices. I believe organs aren't necessary and so do many others--seems to be a money making scheme. Everyone is different, that is the main take away. There are many people who do well with veggies and fruits, and health studies have shown the benefits of vegetables. People shouldn't jump onto this diet because they think its the way we should all eat! Most people do this because of serious autoimmune disorders psych/mood disorders. It isn't fun to eat this way generally speaking, and it is very difficult to stay in ketosis as most of the sicker people will need to do.

    Good stuff. You are blessed to live where you do. You have access to fantastic foodstuff, sun all year round, surfing and so on.
    You look great and I thought the way to achieve it was with low carbs. I’m starting to introduce more carbs, but still avoiding pasta, potatoes, rice, bread, pizza etc.

    Looks like a ton of fruit. I have a similar lifestyle in Hawaii. I am up at 4am surfing by 6am. I eat an avocado, papaya, blueberry smoothy with collagen and bone broth every morning. Then I eat eggs and sheep cheese from Spain or Feta cheese from Greece. I then eat ribeyes with butter for lunch, a few olives, and more cheese. Sometimes it’s bacon burgers if grass feed local big Island ribeyes aren’t in or I run out. Been at that for several years. I even do all the same external rotation band exercises you do. I have a very similar body composition. 5’11, 165lbs, very low body fat, lots of vascularity. I’m 40.

      @@1tubax it will definitely change your life. I kinda think Paul is eating a bit too much fruit though. I can’t eat that much sugar. I get these wicked Candida albicans infections if I eat too much sugar. So all the fruit I eat are low glycemic load. I tried to eat a mango, and got a Candida infection. I tried honey like Paul, and I had a runny nose for a month, and mucus is a sign of Candida albicans fungus overgrowth. In the tropics, mold, yeast, fungus, and bacteria grow rapidly, sugars feed them. :-/

      @@mikeuptegrove I have a hard time eating that much food. I'm 5'11" bordering on 6' and 280 pounds right now (no compliance since October). When compliant on Carnivore I have maybe 1 steak per day, a glass of milk and some cheese. I work out anywhere from 3-6 days per week depending on my current routine in addition to the physical requirements from my job on occasion. I just can't seem to eat that much even if I force myself to. I had the best results on my last stint of 2.5 months and got down to 265 from drinking milk any time I got hungry, having cheese and lunch meat for snacks, and then eating dry brine roasts and shredded salted pork shoulder.

      @@scottcampbell1635 So, funny thing, I found out that the sugar content in milk is very slow digesting (because it's bound up in the fat) so the impact on blood glucose is very minimal. And because lactose has to be converted into lactate and then into glucose it can take anywhere from 12 hours to 3 days for it to be eliminated from body. Which means those carbs in milk, unlike sugar, don't actually hit the blood stream immediately but rather do so very slowly.
      Recently got a herd share for raw milk and it's amazing. A glass per day has virtually healed all my eczema in just the few weeks I've been drinking it and I've been dealing with that shit for years.

    I'm a 61-year-old female, 5'8" and 320 lbs. Type 2 diabetic diagnosed over 15 years ago. I've never (and won't) taken insulin, but I've been on a non-insulin injectable (initially Bydureon and then Trulicity) for at least the last 10 years. My last dose of Trulicity was 2 weeks ago. I'm on day 7 of Ketovore. I haven't eaten conventionally raised meat for over 10 years. I eat only grass-fed and grass-finished, no antibiotics or hormones ever beef, chicken, and turkey that is ethically raised and humanely harvested. I don't eat pork or shellfish. Fish consists of wild caught Alaskan salmon, tuna, and haddock. Pastured organic eggs. I don't eat fast food or even restaurant food except maybe 3-4 times per year. No seed oils. I'm doing and have been doing a lot of things right food-wise but have struggled with sugar. The last 7 days on Ketovore I've been at 1800 calories or less, with macros at 130 g fat, 120 g protein, and less than 50g net carbs, but I've been way under on the carbs at usually around 25 net g. Starting to notice some subtle changes. I wear a CGM to track blood glucose. I have always had a huge spike in the morning upon waking, which is still occurring (so frustrating) my last meal of the day is over by 6pm, doing mostly OMAD or 2MAD. Very little hunger or cravings. Eating mostly beef and eggs, some dark meat chicken w/skin, a little raw dairy, a small amount of nuts/seeds, lots of grass-fed butter, a little bit of collagen powder, 1 Tbsp. MCT oil. Supplements are fermented cod liver oil, cold-pressed milk thistle oil, Ceylon cinnamon, cayenne extract, and Hawthorne berry syrup.

    Energy wise You must feel like you are a teenager still! amazing healthy diet.
    I have been doing a variation of this diet only difference being the meat I get is low quality grocery store meat, and also I do not get raw organs a whole lot. Nonetheless even the variation I do has me feeling the best ive ever felt. I think the key is cutting out all grains, which I realize just slows down most people and gives us that Tired (Brain fog) feeling throughout the day. Replacing grains with strictly just fruit and raw honey has been amazing for both mind and body to say the least.

      Hemoglobin A1C is actually a great metric for fructose glycation and levels. Glucose, fructose and other sugars all glycate hemoglobin. I respect Ken but think he is off base here. There are no problems with fructose in the human diet from whole food form- just don't eat HFCS with the hidden corn starch in there!

    Thank you Dr. Paul. I've been eating as close to this as I can. I feel Amazing. I'm eating more local fruits, but I'm in the pacific northwest. Lots of apples, berries, peaches, and then some bananas, pinapple, oranges, mangos, melons. I'm curious. I have a farm here in Idaho that does grass fed then finished with grain. How much does the fat content change when grain finished vs. grass finished. And what's the difference between both of those and all grain diet? I'm not sure I have the money and availability to do the same level of beef you use. Cheers.

      my understanding is grain feds end up with an Omega 3 6 9 imbalance with 6's becoming the dominant Omega which when consumed throws our body ratios out and causes silent inflammation and an inability to absorb other essential amino acids and fatty acids. This resulting Inflammation on organs is why it's called silent inflammation as we cannot see it but it has a considerable impact over the medium to long term.

    I liked your recent talk with ken berry about having fruit on a carnivore diet. For me eating sugary fruit on carnivore with 16:8if has increased my hba1c and triglucerides and staying lean is more difficult.

      I don't have good success with fruit either. Just adding in an apple or banana every day puts the pounds back on even if I cut back on meat. Some just can't handle the sugar and we do better as exclusive carnivores. Also this kind of makes sense with our predilections towards sugary foods and impulse control. Maybe our ancestors were among those who didn't have access to fruit so when they did get it as a rare treat they couldn't indulge so they were more sensitive to it.

      On the East Coast Oz both Woolies, Coles and some health food stores are doing a Cold Pressed Milk from "Made by Cow". That's what I'm using. I grew up on a farm and we had milking cows until I was about 18-20yrs.
      The first time I drank this "Made by Cow" milk I had memories of the raw milk I grew up on. It has a different quality. This "Made by Cow" milk like raw milk is kinda watery and can quench a thirst like raw milk. And when it's on special it's basically normal milk price 👌

    Hi Paul. I was aware about the anti-nutrients & phytic acid in beans, grains etc, but what if you choose sprouted, soaked or fermented versions which is supposed to cancel out the anti-nutrients according to the Weston A Price studies? Would love to hear your thoughts on this, I’m really intrigued by your way of eating. I already include pastured, grass-fed, eggs & meat as well as raw dairy in my diet, but I also consume sprouted oats, sourdough bread, soaked beans etc which have been traditionally prepared. Thanks!

      I say more like a SUGAR addiction. Fruit and honey are = SUGAR. See dr bergs vids on fruit and honey and why you should avoid them. and also yt ch Eric bakker naturopath he's a gut expert. Everyone has to be careful not eating to much sugar as you can end up with a candida overgrowth and become very sick. see eric bakker vids on candida over growth.

      as he says, he goes surfing a lot. Surfing is an intense sport! During intense sports your body NEEDS carbs to function, as it deliver s energy really quick (needed to sport) because it is burned really quick. Fats take more time to burn, meaning your body will use it as a main source of energy throughout the day if you are not doing an intensive sport. Everybody needs carbs.

    just started your animal diet at 50. I am in the third day of transitioning from five years ketogenic weightlifting 3 to 4 days a week, cycling carbs in the gym. I am in excellent shape 170 pounds of lean muscle. I am eating the meat and fruit enjoying it very much but finding low energy in the mornings not sure if my mitochondria know what to do with glucose anymore.       He was living primarily in the US when eating pure carnivore and not getting that blast of equatorial UV radiation everyday. Since moving to Costa Rica he's outdoors a lot more and getting a ton of sun. Just so happens it coincides with his addition of fruit to his diet. Maybe the two in combination are aging him fast , but I'd guess it's the sun tanning that's having the biggest effect on his outward appearance.

    This dudes lifestyle is completely un sustainable for the majority of Americans. If you can eat "clean" as possible, you're doing your best. Raw milk is literally $10 for a half gallon

      If someone really wants to eat good food and struggle to afford it he can do a few extra hours of work on the evening or weekend. So many people I know complain about their money but they do 9 to 4 then sit on their couch the whole time. Just a few more hours per month can really improve their finances but they prefer watching Netflix and TikTok

      Not necessarily. I get a gallon for 10-11$ which is a little more than going out for a large coffee now a days so definitely worth it. And if that’s really a problem you can just get whole milk from the store

    I do like the fact that I can follow along and understand the high level of your diet.
    My friends think I’m crazy. They also have see huge positive health changes in me as well.
    There is a thing called quality of life as we age out.

    I tried adding fruit and honey and dairy for 8 months. Gained 20 unwanted pounds. Got off the dairy but kept the fruit and honey. Gained 10 more pounds. When I eat anything sweet I can’t stop. I’m hungry all day. I’m miserable. Off fruit and honey five weeks now and am losing those unwanted pounds and have recovered a normal appetite. Happy again. My N=1 experiment was definitive for me.
    I’m 68 and don’t live in a tropical climate so don’t surf every day. Be careful about the advice you get on RUclips from influencers who push what they are doing at this time. Study your own reactions to foods.

      yep. he might end up with a major candida gut overgrown. He is feeding bad bacteria and fungus in his gut SUGAR and also cancer cells that he might have just hanging around his body. He really should read up on the dangers of too much sugar and gut issues and also cancer feeds on sugar.
