therapy never works, they just give you pills, and when I am acting different, they say I am not acting like myself, like that has any meaning. all they say is I have AD/HD and depression, yet my reality and dreams are getting blurred, demons consume me day and night while I practically starve myself, people's words get blurred until I can't understand at all, and they just get mad at me for not doing what they said, I keep swinging from deep depression and apathy, to euphoric delusions and manic hallucinations. I have stopped trying to explain things, because when I do, my mom and therapists either completely misinterpret what I am saying or think I am just a teen who thinks he knows everything. if therapy works for you, then great, but I have been seeing therapists since I was a toddler, and I have only grown worse as I have grown older. music and art are the only things that help me stay afloat, therapy just tells you to fill out a paper that asks meaningless questions, gives you some pills, and calls it progress.
Just seeing the hand caressing the head of this guy instantly awakens my longing for emotional security. I'm in fact, truly love starved... I'm trying to find somebody on the apps, but I need her to comprehend loneliness the same way I do and I doubt I will ever find someone like that on the apps. Love is sure a difficult thing to get a hold of... It is what is, I guess... Thanks for the playlist, very viby and soothing

Love is so hard because it requires you to actually be vulnerable. Many people have the same desires of loneliness, but to find someone who will reciprocate love in a similar way is what is challenging. It reminds me of my brother's friend who became permanently paralyzed in a snowboarding accident. He was going to become married to this girl, and she loved him so much that she didn't cancel the engagement. At their wedding, even though he was paralyzed, he had been working with his team of engineers on a special project-- an exoskeleton. Everyone watched dumbfounded as the man in the wheelchair stood up and walked over to the girl he loved the most. In a surreal way, they embraced, and he stood the whole ceremony. It's eerily beautiful and something that touches upon the soul in a way like no other. The exoskeleton didn't solve his problems, but she still loved him despite that. Even if he could or couldn't walk anymore, and that love is what we all long for. Someone who can love us like that... But it can come with a price. A price so scary, where you are so vulnerable only to be rejected. It reminds me of George Mattheson, the man behind "Oh love that will not let me go." His beloved fiance walked out on him because he was going blind. In that moment of immense pain, he wrote those beautiful words, about the rainbow he could no longer see. Yet, he knew that although she never loved him, God was still with him. A love that does not let go, accepting our vulnerability in any way. However, many people find this idea of God's love foolish. Something that is wished upon a dream, hoping in something that does not exist. But is it really? What if he did come to love all those who were broken? If so, then it is the true love we long for that we find in other people. Humans were all created by God, so if we reflect a creator who is love, then it is no wonder we desire the acceptance of a God-like love. This playlist awakens this longing. I think a longing that we all have. Something that I encourage every person to look into before vanishing. Who is God? What is love? These questions that stir in my thoughts are making me sleepy.
It's not even pain anymore....it's just endless training and meditation; inviting me to the feeling of numbness or blind rage. Either way I have learned that hope for something better is merely a distraction.
