Yes Sully is one of the best artists period, no matter what genre. His musical ability is impressive, not only with Godsmack but just anything he does. Check out his other project Avalon (collab with some great musicians, people from Dead Can Dance, etc.). They're amazing with him.

This was a badass show, best show I seen was right after the oracle was released. Set was on fire the entire concert, awesome show. Took my son to see them recently and kept telling him this was the best concert I’ve been to but unfortunately it was “godsmack plays entire new album plus 3 old songs”, on a set that wasn’t even a shell of the past days. Still jam out to GS every chance I get though!🤘🤘🤘

I'm obviously an Alice In Chains fan and had always kinda avoided godsmack because they got branded imitators. After watching this, I know somebody got it wrong. I can feel the AIC vibe, but they have an originalness all their own. I'm gonna be listening' to more godsmack in the future.
I'm almost 60...I've made i through life so far listening to bands like this...They cover my entire emotional range from sadness/depression to get the F*uck Up and deal with it! I need Serenity, I need to Vent and everything in between! GOD, it is tough when the World comes down on you. They have songs for everything I have ever experienced in life. Thank You Godsmack!

Certainly not one of my favorite bands, but Sully and the band itself is underrated. If you hear a Godsmack song, you immediately know who it is. His vocals are extremely recognizing and not many if any bands sound like Godsmack. And that makes them great.

Every once in while a band comes together that has amazingly talented musicians that fit together like a puzzle. This is an awesome band that superlatives really can not describe. ROCK ON!!!
My late Uncle turned me on to Godsmack with this particular concert. He was 73 at the time and was a big kid. He was my hero so of course I instantly loved Godsmack. I'm 56 and I have been around enough to enjoy various types of rock and classic rock. I do have to say I prefer acoustic over electric anytime. But my two favorite live concerts are Frampton comes alive, and an evening with Godsmack. My uncle has been gone for a few years now and not a day goes by that I don't miss him. All I have to do is turn this concert on and I feel confident knowing he's sitting right next to me packing a bowl.
Damn I remember when I was about 5 and my dad had this show on some kind of godsmack DVD and we listened to it so much we scratched the disc in his PlayStation 1 lol. My first rock music memory lol.
My daughter got a Godsmack logo tattoo because of his my listening to the band so much, she said that it's a great memory of her childhood (she's 19); I've also converted my wife.
They are awesome live. I always love them. They know how to connect with the fans and they know how to put on a show. When I first heard them do and acoustic show I was shocked. I didn't think it would be their thing at a but they do it and they do it well. Shannon Larkin is probably my favorite drummer out there. He's awesome just to watch.

No lie definitely too 5 for this era for sure Hands down. Love watching his emotion as he let's out his energy through his drumset

A little over 9 yrs ago..my sons and their dad saw them and Metallica in concert in Jacksonville...unfortunately I couldn't be there cuz my dad was dying..so I was there with him...but my youngest son got a drumstick from the drummer from Godsmack....which we have in a frame, along with the ticket and a pick from concert..Killer

I always prefer live concerts, this video is as close as I can get to that preference. I wish I had been in Vegas at the time to see it. Such Talent!!! I have Always Loved Godsmack! It started with The Other Side album. My most favorite! They were in Turmoil when they wrote it and it shows just how lucky we all are that they made it through their differences to provide all of us with Incredible music! I have All of their Albums:-)))
