- This demo disc is what started it all for the GameCube in North America, featuring playable demos of Luigi's Mansion, Wave Race: Blue Storm, and Star Wars Rogue Squadron II: Rogue Leader, all three of which are launch titles. The disc also contains videos of those games, as well as Super Smash Bros. Melee, Pikmin, and NBA Courtside 2002.
Captured from an actual Nintendo GameCube console, hooked up with its Component cable, and running in Progressive Scan 480p (if applicable).

Considering that the world record for finishing Luigi's mansion is 8 minutes, and in this demo it's 20 minutes of testing because nobody in youtube has tried to finish it to see if something interesting happens, I don't have the ability to do the necessary glitches, so I comment to see someone do it Greetings from Mexico 🇲🇽.
There is alot of beta elements left in the Luigi"s Mansion movie. Very cool
Michael Echeverria What I caught; beta music, unused zoom cutsceen to the mansion, different ice element icon, A chest full of money appears in the room with three blue closets (forgot the name of that room), I saw a star door leading to what I think would be Chauncey's room, and beta game over cutscene.
actually because inside the game files, there's a beta "mansion rating" picture and it shows for the lowest rank the depressed luigi with flowers in his hand
Some Kid on the Internet He means the beta game over screen
Some Kid on the Internet i know.
That's basically what I'm saying..
What’s weird is, this was 1 month after 9/11. Yet the GameCube had an okay launch.
I remember playing this in Circuit City!
thank god theres not the scary girl saying gamecube
instead of that theres voice of stephen hawking saying nintendo gamecube
please make an extended version of the music
MegaMan52 you uploaded this video on the GameCube's 15th Anniversary
this is pretty cool.

yo can you record some more of the luigi's mansion stuff if theres differences from the retail build it might be useful to the luigi's mansion modding community
if someone sees this disk for less then fifty dollers can u link me?
zombieman james i was at a store called super game team and they had a bunch of the different volumes of them usually for $39.99
And yes this one wad there however it was for $129.99 so yah i just bought mario party 4 japanese version instead for $12.99
its good for retail
does anyone happen to know where I can find an iso for this?
What if there's beta content on this disc
Sadly, nope. We've checked the Luigi's Mansion TGC contained within the ROM, didn't find anything particularly interesting in there. It's just the full game, but stripped to 15 minutes of play time. Only peculiar fact we haven't been able to crack yet is that somewhat the LM demo's Start.dol (which is the game's main executable) has nothing on it, and how the game still works even with that is still black magic to us.
@@LMFinish Maybe it's Iwata's famous compression techniques? lol
I'm not an expert, but I stumbled upon this: hitmen.c02.at/files/yagcd/yagcd/chap4.html#sec4
Any way you could allow someone to dump the contents of this disc, in order to find beta elements?
There already are dumps of this disc out there in the Internet. So far, we've researched only the Luigi's Mansion demo. Sadly, nothing interesting we've been able to find yet.
@@LMFinish I can understand why as I don't know anyone who would want to know what was cut from Wave Race Blue Storm or Rouge Leader
Does this work on the RVL-001 Wii?
I’m sure it will
