Adjustment steps!
perfect for 2hand foot works
Glad you liked the video.
Thank you for the great video. With my back hand, I either hit in the net or too high that ultimately goes out if the court. How would you suggest to correct that?
Is The shot weak? I had a similar problem. Sounds like to much pushing the ball with arms instead of shifting weight from back foot to front and with relaxed wrists snapping and brushing the ball with topspin!
I use to returns forehand with a lot of spin but it has stop what am I doing wrong ? I can only think that it happen when I hit the ball a little soon. Do you have any vids on this?
It's hard for me to answer question on your technique without seeing you play.
i am working on transitioning to a 2hbh .. but getting knee pain in left leg (I am a right hander) .. how to release the left leg through the shot not to put stress through the knee joint ?
Pain is complex. Potentially working on footwork could help by making your brain feel safe during the stroke. But it suggests there is underlying stuff going on.
@@TennisHacker yes I will watch your video again and go down to the courts and hit against the ball machine. I know I am keeping my left foot on the ground rather than releasing it through the shot and need to change this habit somehow
