Pushchair looks fab but like you say wait to see how long it lasts once Thumps has been in it a while. Lovely to see Smidge in the background chilling. Camera is fab on the new phone. Thumps melts my heart he is so adorable x
I know he’s so lush isn’t he and yeah smidge likes to make an appearance. I guess time will tell with the stroller..
Thumps was certainly the star of the first half. Loved him playing with the box and, of course, he loves being on camera; that was for me hilarious. You don't have to apologise for the state of your lounge (you should see mine - and there is only me!) it creates the feel of a lived in home and not a show house. Oh, I haven't mentioned the stroller! Always pros and cons to most things and it is, at times, difficult decide on a final choice.
Yes it’s hard isn’t it and then once you have it it’s like what would the other one be like would it feel better.
Oh I know thumps is such a character I was laughing so hard at him… he’s such a cutie.. I’ll try and get Tim and Casper to the pier Sunday for you to meet them x

Gabby love your sofas ,just the type i like. As for push chairs my sons are all grown up, We had the push chair that was so flimsy that they would break due to heavy shopping bags on handles ha ha ha. Casper is so helpful wandering around watching his new pushchair.
Oh our sofas are years old small she has battered them.. but no point in getting new ones because smidge will do the same again. Oh how long ago did you have your pushchairs?
@@GabyStarbuckx Honestly my first sons pushchair was built like a tank so heavy but latest as could tilt back ,so instead of buying a pram we had that pushchair, used for my second son too. Than some body broke in to our shed and stole it, We got good 6 years use out of it. If still had it I would have used for any future grand kids .
just joined,my son andrew did it for me.i was worried that i could not see in my one eye sight as got more blurry but thank god its okay now .guess i got to only go on yube tube here less time.going to watch this fab blog on my tv now.thankyou for all fab blogs that i watched on my tv.have a loverly day gabby and family plus all here and exspecially cute casper.❤😊x

O dear I've just brought this too, think sliver cross is a good pushchair/ stroller to go for and fact it has a 3 year warranty means normal are good 👍 I went for the saga😮 so fingers crossed my son not very big only 21 pounds so hopefully we be okay!

Silver Cross are usually lovely products, my girls are 41 and 38 would have loved a SC pram,but went for a Mothercare brown cord stroller £200 in1982 was expensive but lasted for them both. (PS, I heavily cling film luggage and prams every time now after my new case was demolished)❤ Thumps is way too cute❤

Glad you had Casper and Smidge to assist. I didn't see a cup holder..lol. Hope you don't have any issues with it. It took me the longest time to figure out what a Pram was. I had to google it. We mainly call it a stroller. Never heard of a push chair either. That's why I have you guys to teach me these things. I have learned a lot from you and Tim. Thanks.
Really no way we call them strollers too but didn’t realise you didn’t call them prams and pushchairs… we also call them buggys

I don’t think thumps minds what he goes in tbh but yeah the basket is a problem because I love shopping. I might keep this in Tim’s car and get a different one haven’t decided yet lol but if I get an extra one it will be a John Lewis cheapy x

I would send it back Gaby! If your not happy with it from brand new it's not gonna stand the test of time! If the wheels don't feel safe and it tips and Casper is only gonna get bigger

@@GabyStarbuckx a big company like John Lewis/silver cross won't care...it will just get chucked into a return pallet! Just state you feel the tipping is a health and safety risk!
Hi Gaby you said that the stroller basket isn't big enough light bulb 💡 moment. I remember something I had. A stroller organiser for a stroller from Amazon available in different brands. I had a Miffy bunny style design.

@@GabyStarbuckx Think this is just what you need I loved mine used it all the time come in handy when out and about. Good for putting snacks nappies etc holds a lot some even come with stroller carabiner for shopping.

It looks like a beautiful pram but for the price i am sure you would want it to be stable. From tims live the other day at yarmouth fireworks didnt someone say there sister had it and she thought the same? If you not happy maybe speak to john lewis and see what they can do. Customer is always right . I love the hood on it how it literally can cover the baby well not fully but you know what I mean . Thanks for reviewing this item.

A year on are you still finding this to be ok? We are just looking at buying the 2024 model for my 17 month old little girl. We currently have the pioneer travel system and I’d like something that lays more flat, is lighter, smaller and suitable to also take on holidays
Yeah I love it but it’s tipping now I think it’s the weight but it’s been a godsend
been to see it in store now. We have decided instead to go with a full size stroller and getting the Joie Mytrax Pro

This is a great video for someone like me who’s looking for a compact, light pram for travelling abroad/holidays only. I’ve had my eye on the clic for a while but those using it have said it’s flimsy. I was wondering now that it’s been a month how you’ve liked it so far? 😊
I also would not like to pay extortionate amount but if you can recommend other light/compact prams for travelling would really appreciate🙏🏻🥰
I thought it was flimsy but I think if your getting a lightweight stroller they all are.. they are designed to be flimsy… I find it difficult on rocky ground but I’ve completely fell in love with it… it goes down quick fits in my car so easy takes up no space… amazing on holiday and it’s great to push. I think compared to some this stroller is reasonable.. if you go for cheaper brand I dunno what you’d get tbh… the yoyo is similar to this only not as good I think and it’s over £400 it’s a joke and you have to buy the bumper bar separately ..

You mentioned that you thought the seat could be made more upright, did you manage to figure that out? My concern with this pram is that the most upright position doesnt look upright enough...
You can tighten it down it does go upright enough.. I’ve never really thought about it since having it x
Hopefully it will survive a few flights! Casper preferred the box though, well packaged at least as difficult to get in. Great live tonight, looked very busy!

Hey, I bought this pram yesterday, returned today 😂👌 in Uk there’s lot off hills so after 15min walk realised that it keep falling over to side, so totally not safe…

Look on the ifam they got thing for there toddler it’s a thing to put on on your back like a rucksack and it fits to in it a toddler and Casper’s size.

@@GabyStarbuckx they took the kids to Lapland and the both little ones loved it the little one is 2 now and she just went straight to sleep they go everywhere I don’t think they have been home since they are living in there big truck.
