"Normal" is actually an earlier version of the song "Sentimental" from the album "Fear of a Blank Planet". "Normal" was released on the EP "Nil Recurring" after "Fear of a Blank Planet" though. They're pretty different, but still have the same chorus.
As you already have found out, everything Porcupine Tree does is absolutely amazing and to be honest I find that it makes it much harder for me to really like other bands now as much as I used to as they do not give me the same satisfaction emotionally as PT. I would be interested to see how you react to more Steven Wilson however and I suggest you try some of the live songs from the To the Bone concert at the Royal Albert Hall, the visuals are awesome. Cheers my friend from the UK.
@@austin5732 Well that was a harsh reply. If I told you your #1 was a disrespect it wouldn't make any sense. I'm sure we all have a 1st, 2nd and 3rd favorite... and so on. And we're not all gonna be the same. My #1 favorite is Tool, and I make no apologies.
@Austin Crone, You're 18, and I think it's great that you're so passionate about great music. It beats the hell out of pop, and hip hop. (I do like some rap... NF). I'm 70 and have heard it all, so having those 2 as my top favorites in that order isn't going to change. Of course I disagree on your thoughts about Tool, but your feeling is your feeling. We're all just very lucky there are enough choices for all of us since we're not Stepford people. I don't disagree with anything you said about PT, they're brilliant, as is Steven Wilson on his own!
@@austin5732 There's a great video on the article I'm linking below. It may explain a lot about the love Tool fans love for the music, and I'm not speaking of psychedelics they mention, but the artistry. Speaking for myself, I've never done psychedelics. This really is interesting, Tool fan or not. loudwire.com/tool-cult/
So great to see you help disseminate such wonderful music. There is hope for the future of the music industry as long as there are Steven Wilson admirers. Porcupine Tree and anything else SW please!

Hey! I recently stumbled upon your channel, and I love seeing your reactions! I would LOVE to see you react to Disco by Surf Curse!
And after Pink Floyd?!?..!No problem.Porcupine Tree is perfect!!!
Best enjoyed with knowledge of their song sentimental
Did you hear PT is getting back together and releasing an album in 2022? You should check out their new song 'Harridan' :)
You have an uncanny facial resemblance with one of my favorite wrestlers, Jon Huber, who recently died.
