We serve a breakfast sandwich in our cafe with spam. Let the slices soak in water for about 10 minutes to get some of salt taste out. We toast an everything bagel, chive and onion cream cheese on both sides, couple slices of spam, thinly sliced onions and fried or scrambled egg.

SPAM is disgusting. Nothing but salt and fat. But, most people crave that sort of thing. My wife stopped buying it.🙏😊
