Good morning. Parts is parts.
I did not see any assembly line or similar grease for any of the gears or bearings? I understand there will be fluid, but is there assembly line used? Seems like while it is apart and all new gears and bearings, it would be beneficial to use the assembly line? I am sorry if I missed comments about this. Thank you, love the video, please make more as they are awesome. Jim
assembly lube, dam auto spell correction….
Good question, you never want to add any sort of grease or assembly lube to bearings that have a certain preload and spec. The spindle bearing that we installed using our oven is preloaded with certain shims and you must install the bearings dry to get the correct preload.

So you just do it without a book or proper procedure? Complacency is how mistakes are made, 1 improperly installed bearing/seal/ improper torque can lead to a very expensive fix.

Unfortunately dont have any 3x sizes available. Our warranty is 30-90 days depending on used parts, 6months to 1 year on rebuilt parts.
