I was looking forward to this! Just a pointer: You put both the printed glass sections behind the passenger B pillar, but they should go one on each side to shape up the C pillar.
The rear seat of 911s is indeed like a big comfortable couch...if you happen to have no legs.
A-boot the conversion: the turbocharger you were looking for is that multi-diameter cilinder piece that connects to a corrugated hose. Sooo you can't put the Targa plates on the Turbo one? I've been on the fence about getting this set or not, since it doesn't have that many features it's more of a display model, and for that price range I'd rather get an actual model car that would be a better display model, but I have too many Porsches already and I'm not its biggest fan. If I DO get it, it's a shame that you can't mix both and make a fictional Turbo Targa. Perhaps it is possible to still swap in the turbo and intercooler, and put the arches, but the wing I know it's not possible. So I'd have to bricklink the extra pieces, and knowing myself at that point I'd also put the rear arches on the front and make some wiiider for the rears, and make the bumper closer to the 934, or make an RWB (check that out if you don't know them). But that would add up to the cost of 2 1:18 RWBs, so... Having two compiting hobbies is difficult.

It took me so long to find what you were talking about. I didn't even notice that 2 of the window pieces had printing on them. The issue has been corrected! I always appreciate your attention to detail. You should make your own reviews, you always seem to have so much knowledge on the subject of these sets; it's so fun to learn so much more from the comments after completing the build and review.

@@JoshBuildsStuff Yeah, sorry, couldn't find a way to explain it better. That printing is a step-up from the same piece on the db5, which requires a sticker.
Thanks for the kind words! And glad to be of help! I'd love to make reviews, but I don't buy that many Lego sets and my equipment is in a different country... On the other hand I've been mulling over the possibility of talking about car design, car photography and related subjects for a long while now. Perhaps after I finish a project I'm working on at the moment. Thanks again for the encouragement!

Yeah, I wasn't even planning to get this but I'm so happy I did. Makes me want to go back and buy some of the older Creator Expert sets.

Another fun feature about this set! If you built the targa (I did 🙂) the car has a removable roof that fits perfectly in the front trunk!

That is a fun feature! Part of me wants to go back and build the Targa at some point.

@@JoshBuildsStuff if you can remember where you stopped in the directions before you chose the turbo or targa, disassembly and reassembly doesn’t take too long! I have made the turbo, but I turned it back into the targa afterwards. I like being able to stick my hand in and steer it :D
