If you cap the frame rate using rivia statistic tuner you can get even lower power consumption and stable fps with better 1% and 0.1% lows. Cap triple a games at 60fps and esport games to 120-140 fps. Run medium to high settings since anything above it is not necessary unless its a really old game or easy game to run.
