This is a full body workout with simple but challenging programs. The arm moves here is the first arm routine I didn’t give up, thanks to the active recovery. And it’s always so much fun to have Anna. I love her positive and genuine attitude.

Honestly, I am so proud of myself. I've been trying to get into shape on and off again and I can officially say I did not have to pause the video once. This is the first PopSugar workout I have been able to complete!
I absolutely love cardio kickboxing, have taken a variety of classes over the years, as a video class goes, this is by far one of the most intense, most fun workouts I've had in a long time - Thanks fabulous ladies for workng your magic! I've def bookmarked this one and can't wait for more!
LOVE this video so much but RUclips oy...this number of ads in a 30 min workout is ridiculous.
There were 6 or 7 ads when I did it. Completely ridiculous!! especially when you skip the ad and it goes to the next video rather than returning to the current video.
Eliza I had tears in my eyes during 5 but I kept saying hurts so good and pushed through will be doing this workout again loved so much patty cake was I my favorite

Just found this workout and I LOVE it!!! It's now part of my go-to weekly exercises!
This is a regular in my at home routine. I am doing it a little less now that the gym is open again but I still love it. It's a great workout. I must say that it seems like there's some tension between Eliza and Anna at moments which is awkward, but PS is my jam.
okay so I'm 9 minutes into it and I had to stop because I was DONE already.
I'm 14 minutes into it and I feel pretty good actually.
22 minutes into it and I feel tired but I'm not gonna quit!
I finished the whole workout and I rested for a little bit! I am so happy and I feel really good with myself!

This video popped randomly in my youtube recommendation and I tried to do it today itself. It is harder than it looks. I have been doing cardio for last 5 years and i will be honest i was able to last long till 8 rounds.
I got 15 minutes through and couldn't finish but y'all seriously an awesome workout! I'm coming back for more tomorrow😁
It has been a while since I started doing these exercises, almost gave up 10mins in. Glad I managed to complete the workout! burned almost 250kcal

Tried this workout once and never came back LOL But now I'm back to exercising and already on day 3! The first day I was dying but now I did everything almost at the same pace as them!! Sweating my butt off even right now but it's totally worth it!!

This workout made me shed 40lbs after I had my son last year...I’m due again with my baby girl on christmas and I’m excited to do this again! All u have to do is eat clean,drink a lot of water and have patience. This video actually saved my life thank you popsugar🤍🤍🤍
