Yikes, don't use any generic coolant. Use the correct one (G13 for this vehicle, as it says on the reservoir), either VW OEM or Pentofrost. VW calls for low viscosity DOT4 brake fluid, which I found to actually be quite cheap a the dealer (under $9/liter). Supposedly that allows the ABS to work better at low temperatures.
Do I need to mix water with the coolant when simply topping it up (if it's not a pre-mixed formula like the one you showed here) or is it only needed when you flush the old coolant completely and refill it with a new one ?
Ideally you should mix it with water if it's not a premixed formula. If you can't find distilled water, in a pinch you can just tap water to mix it with and top it up. Be sure that this is only for topping up small amounts. 100-200 ml
The cap does not open for me.. Like it happened to you when you turned first time with fingers it did not open, same happens to me.. Can you help me please
No steering oil for this model. This is an electric power steering system, no power steering oil. Older hydraulic power steering systems had power steering oil.

Hey there which transmission fluid does the 2019 jetta automatic take ? And how many liters?
Does it matter the name brand of the brake fluid or long as its dot 4? Thanks
No it doesn't matter. As long as it's DOT 4

No steering fluid. This is an electric motor based system.
Valvoline said I need to do the differential fluid 🤑

No steering oil for this model. This is an electric power steering system, no power steering oil. Older hydraulic power steering systems had power steering oil.
