I agree with you on the leg brace needing bolts and possibly a cross brace from corner to corner for stability. I just put one together today and the legs do not give me confidence.
After waiting a few months they finally had a couple in stock the other day so I grabbed one. I'm a beginner welder, just wanted a surface I could clamp things to so I can practice, make some drift trikes, etc.. I'm looking forward to putting mine to work.
I like it . Doesn’t break the bank , and it gets the job done ✔️ I mean we’re not welding things within a 1000th “ tolerance as blacksmiths so that looks great for me . Have fun Troy and thanks for the tip .
its a great table you right I been try to get one since Christmas got it this week . what I did on mine I put wheels on one end make it easier to move around in my shed .Its great love using it just made it work some much easy . I just been setting up a jig to be able to make bumpers for CanAm spyder rt .
Tables like this, with a 3/16” thick (it’s not 1/4”) surface are made for people who don’t need really flat surfaces. They’re flat enough for most work that doesn’t need precision. They’re fine for TIG where you’re making small objects that are of odd shapes, such as exhaust tubing and such. What I really don’t like about these are the cheesy clamps that you have to reach under the table to attach a nut to. That’s a real pain. I can tell you that clamping is something that you have to change constantly. Often you put clamps on the table and find they aren’t in the right place. So you lift them up and move them. With these, you have to reach under the table, remove the nut, move the clamp and reach under and tighten the nut again. believe me, it will be a pain. The truth is that you can get regular top insert clamps and use them. You don’t have to clamp so hard that it will be a problem.
Looks like a handyman dream tool table of sorts. You know, i may know a guy.... He could easily say itll be sturdier once you add those keg bracket scrolls...... Seeing my self out now. Blessings brother Crawford out 🙏🏻🔥⚒️🧙🏻♂️
I would have definitely loved to have a table like that to weld small parts on. I have a homemade cart with a 10ga plate on it I bought for scrap price from the old shop I worked at.
@@kevinkelly5430 yes. It has made a big difference for that kind of work. The homemade carts we’ve all used may not be as convenient, but they have made do. Thanks for watching. We actually just purchased another one and attached the two together. Wow.
Hey, that looks like a great little fixture table for a Hobbyist welder. tRoy, if you can figure out a good way to add slide out shelves under the table top to store the clamps n fixtures and stuff, that way it's right there easy to reach. Jus' my 2¢ 😊
I ordered the Klutch version of this table and I think as you do that they are great light duty welding fixture tables. I have a potential tip as far as welding spatter on the table top, how about rubbing down the surface of the table with paraffin wax as opposed to any messy spray lube etc ? Just a thought...
@@larrymcgill5508 ha. Well, I guess you could use it for both. No claims of being some huge fixture table. It meets a specific need. Thanks for watching.

Not really a "welding table" think of it a "fitting, tacking table"
@@travisweldmaster7815 ok. Well, it works for a welding table for us.

Nice! I am sure it will be a great help, as it has for me.
I might get two. Double the tops. Use 2nd frame as table extension or use that frame metal for additional support and or drawer
@@JD-ft2lr nice!

Totally agree. Right on, brother.
What a heck of a deal for the price. Thanks for checking it out and going through it with us.
Absolutely! Hard to pass up. Thank you, brother and God bless.
good luck finding them its a great table
All it needs is lockable casters.
It's actually going to be stationary. There's actually two of them now; welded together. It's great.. Thanks.

That’s fantastic. Good idea. We may add on, when they become available. Thanks, enjoy and God bless.
Hey, that’s pretty cool Troy. Thanks for sharing. I might have to consider getting one of these myself. I need to learn how to weld.
Yes sir. I’m pretty pleased, so far. Thanks, Brian. God bless.
Have you learned to weld now?

Thank you. Much of that is known going in. It is not intended to be a heavy use long term.
Titanium top...? is tha right...?
Not actual titanium. Titanium is their brand.
@@BarrRunForge Tnx... !!
Tool box? Trays/bins for each kind, and hang it on the table somewhere.

Titanium some hard stuff, but she still looks a bit thin to stay perfectly Straight when things get clamped down to it.
The top is not actually titanium. That’s just the brand. I think the key is to be disciplined. Thanks Bill

You're reading out mind, brother. That is in the plans for some of the modifications. Thanks, and God bless.
Has anyone found castors or wheels that will fit it? Harbor Freight doesn’t make any for it & we cannot find the right size to fit
Not sure. I have heard they are a tough fit. Ours will remain stationary. Thanks and God bless.

Precisely. Great thought. Thanks and God bless.
There is a spatter spray specifically for flux core welding. It isn't that messy and makes the cleanup much easier.
Is this a welding table or a TV tray?

nice too is you can put your ground clamp on the table, not on the work
Right on! I’m excited. Thanks, brother. God bless.
Put the clamp on your work if you can though.
What size are the holes in the table?
5/8”
What’s a “locking bolt?”
I presume it’s in reference to the clamping system and the nut on the bottom.
Seems like a decent table for the money.
I would have to agree. Thanks, Leland and God bless.
Bet tour farmer welds still better than my Mt of globs of metal attempting to hold something together 😅
Ha. Not much better here
Great review.
Thank you so much. God bless.
