Hello! Your shawl is lovely. So glad you decided not to frog it. I love the attitude you came up with to keep knitting it. I'm going to get a project going with that same feel about it. I finally got my She Sells Seashells yarn that I have been waiting for since last year. So so happy! I also am going to look up the Andrea Mowry shawl . I like the way your St Augustine base is working up in it. Haven't tried that base yet. Right now, I am totally immersed in the Summer Sock Camp . Happy to hear Olivia is home safe and sound. Being patient with my knitting progress (and generally in life 🤣) is something I’m really trying to learn this year. I think that’s a great idea for you to pick a pattern intentionally that might challenge you. Let’s be 🐢🦥🐌 together!

We missed you! Loved this video~ I went right over to Etsy and bought that pirate bag, so thank you for introducing that bag maker! It’s also hot as heck here in Ct, and my poor hubby does work outside. As bad as our winters can get, we much prefer them to this hot, muggy mess! Keep cool!

I love all the yarn, socks projects and WIPs. I’ve had my eye on the Birds of a Feather pattern but I don’t know if I want to knit with lace weight yarn 😂
haha! I know what you mean. Using the suri its not that bad since its so fluffy and at least you alternate the yarns so its not lace weight the whole time. Definitely try it! :)

I am making socks with my Eclipse yarn. The Musselburgh hat is perfect for that colorway!! Are you going to use another color for the other crown?
I thought about changing colors but I’m still on the fence about it. Maybe if I can find (or dye) a yellow that matches I might do that! 😊
