Tip#2 consumer debt is quick sand for your dreams
Tip #3 buy assets, and make assets pay for the liabilities
Tip#4 backpack/travel oversees for a month or two
Tip #5 it's more important that you decide than what you decide
Tip #6 do the rare and hard things

Brandon, first I got into real estate because of you and your bigger pockets podcast. So I will forever be thankful for that. You asked the question where should you travel? My wife and I are going to be going to Paris for a month. When you get to go to one place you get to really dive into the culture. Become a local go. Grocery shopping go to farmers markets so that's the place. This video is absolutely spectacular in every way. Keep it up and hopefully one day I'll be in Hawaii and maybe get to meet you. That would be definitely on my bucket list
