So you didn’t pipe your friends mom?
I really got value from this, I'm working on communication too. Why were you in debt of 80k. What did you buy?
@@Pandafxacad Biggest chunk of that was school loans ($60k) ($20k was subsidizing my lifestyle example: living in an apartment I couldn't really afford)
@@AnthonyVicino Can you make a video going deeper into your business and financials? It would be interesting to see.
@@NadidLinchestein Definitely. You might also be interested in checking out our other channel/podcast called Multifamily Investing Made Simple. We've got over 250+ episodes and talk pretty openly and transparently about our business operations on the real estate side.
What I learn:
1. Treat personal development as your most important job.
2. Mindset: have a clear vision/target.
3 Health: Exercise, good nutrition and enough sleep(Healthy man wants a thousand things, the sick mant wants but one, Seneca).
4. Wealth: Learn the rules on money games.
5. Skills: Learn to be dicipline, learn to communicate effectively, and great coaching (focus on the process).
6. Parked ego at the door and cut expenses ruthlessly.
7. Build business. Build cash generating business.(He start as a windows cleaner and soon hire a guy to do the job).
8. Invest everything as you possible: Start small and reinvest the money.

Fantastic recap! Very cool.
I wonder when u started paying off your debts- did u have to get comfortable or u had to pay while struggling?
@@LorenaVivarEstella It was definitely uncomfortable for a long time.
Nobody said it would be easy, but it is worth it.
@@AnthonyVicino you dont explain how you paid off debt and what type of investments where the best for you?
@@AnthonyVicino Seriously? That's how you made $100 000 000 ?? "window washing business" ??
Great video. I’m currently living in a van and trying to figure out life. I’m $100k in debt. I was in a toxic relationship and was trying to support her and her kids by providing shelter but that put me in so much debt and now I owe the IRS which they are currently garnishing my wages. I’ve hit rock bottom and trying to climb my way up
😢💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Are you still doing Turo?
If You have Jesus then you have Life. I live in my car and had a ex who took my kids and left but in this darkness I HAVE JESUS ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️and that's all you need
best of luck to you, you can do this!
I Hope this make you learne to stay away from single mother
"Park the ego at the door." I can definitely relate to this. Some friends judge me because my lifestyle is not extravaganza. But I have goals to achieve and accomplish. 😊
I love that mindset. Stay on YOUR path.
just keeping going. in a few years their views will not at all matter and they will also get it
I was penniless after she ran off dumped me all the bills. 4 years later I’m debt free rebuilt by Gods grace. She’sliving with her parents with 3 kids. I own my home and car and savings debt free.
Boom. Sounds like you came out better for it! Well done.
Glad to know youre doing better. I’m in the middle of rebooting my life all over altogether. I’m thinking of starting business that I think can be future proof. Do you hv any tips on how you managed to survive all the rough courses?
@@boboiboy9350 I too went through rough times and what helped me was being grateful for what I have - a working body, eyes and legs, food etc. Also staying away from watching porn and semen retention also helped a lot.
So it's gratitude, semen retention, not watching porn, focusing on the positives, meditation and constantly learning and applying those new ideas and lessons. Being more curious and observant also greatly contributed to my well being. Wish you the best and a happy future!
@@surfer767 semen retention? lollllll

I really enjoyed your honesty in this video. You didn’t try to sell some bullshit formula. You simply told us what worked for you and I think personal stories are more important than formulas with so much lateral factors we don’t see. Thanks for being you!
Formulas are hard. They tend to be very contextual. I prefer frameworks and concepts. They tend to be more universal.
Honestly, pretty straightforward, completely honest, no magical formulas just simply put your head down, analyze, evaluate, do the work and get the results
@@scales5748 It's all pretty simple, but not terribly easy.
Glad you enjoyed the video, Scales!
My bullshit meter pegged when he said he's now at a $80 Million portfolio starting with $200,000 in 3 years. All credibility is gone. Poof!
That’s not what he meant. He reached millionaire status in 3 years, meaning $1M. The rest of it came in the many years thereafter. It was not all obtained in 3 years.
" park your ego at the door and move forward" this really spoke to me
Something I have to remind myself of daily. I'm a slow learner.
Good video. I'm a home inspector and remodeling contractor. I have literally just gotten out of the hole from the 2008 housing crash and a simultaneous divorce. I'm starting a small engine repair business and will simultaneously make videos of the process to post on social media. I'm currently buying clapped out ATV'S, motorcycles, outboards to repair and sell to hone my skills. Hopefully this will springboard me into real estate since I pretty much know it inside out. I'm 58 next week. I have no health insurance and no retirement but I'm at the gym 4 to 5 days a week and I cannot reiterate how important that is. Thanks for posting.
Thanks for sharing your story, Dwight. I think it's badass you're getting into the gym 4-5 days/week. That's absolutely stellar. Keep it up, brother.
I found this very motivating. I loved your point about parking your ego at the door. I moved in with my dad almost a year ago to save money and get out of debt. I am now hiring my first employee for my graphic design business. Still got a ways to go but I see my freedom curve starting to bend up!!!
I love, love, love hearing this, Emma! Keep going!
How’s news?
How much debt did you have and how long did it take you?
“Money is a game, and anyone can win if they know how to play”. That’s a quote that will stick with me for a while. Thanks for sharing!
Glad that line resonated!! Thanks for being here, Nikki!
'That which we can be, we must be'. Maslow. Love it! 4 spheres - Mindset, health, wealth, skills. Health: Exercise. Nutrition. Sleep.Skills: 1. Discipline. 2. Communication. Focus on process. ty Tony. Hope ur good

Sound advice. I love the part where you stated to park your ego at the door and make the necessary short to medium-term sacrifices to experience long-term gain. Thank you. 🙂
Psyched you enjoyed the video, Meilat!
this video popped up in my feed- absolute gold- thank you for this
You're so welcome!
I'm 1 million in debt. Before 2019 I had no debt. Long story how I got here but I'm trying my best to get out. Sometimes I feel hopeless but then I remember I can't quit, I can't give up. Literally, it's do this or die trying for me. I just invested the last of whatever I have into a business with the hope that I can turn this around. Wish me luck, because if this doesn't work, it's the end. I hope one day I would be able to tell my success story too,, but sometimes it's a lonely view from where I am. Hearing about others being able to overcome their challenges gives me hope even though I know I have a much higher mountain to climb.
Even if current business doesn't end well for you (I think everything around us is random to some degree) it's not end. It is possible to move up from anywhere if you decide to, but it will take time and will be painful.
Exactly. That game isn't over until you stop playing. Stay in there and keep going, Carol.
Did you see the other person comment about hiring a government grant writer? He got $2 million after his construction biz went under and he was a million in debt?
Just a quick question. How did you end up $1 million in debt? Mortgage or student loans?
Whoa, can't you declare bankruptcy or something?
Thank you Anthony, this video really addressed a lot of things I've been feeling & thinking and worrying about. You've given me something proactive to start working on and towards!
You are so welcome! Glad it was helpful.
This video took me back to 9 years ago. Divorced with 3 kids, no money, no skills. Wasted no time. Learnt sales, brought my kids up and then went into entrepreneurship.

Don't give up, man. You got this.
Incredible story man, thanks for sharing 🙏🏽
My pleasure, Alfred. Glad you enjoyed.
This is gold, thank you Anthony. My major takeaway is the skills comparison activity between my current self and my millionaire self
I'm psyched you found the skill comparison secton useful!
My takeaway is when he said he “hired someone else to do the work for him” meaning a person, robot, computer etc is making him money and in turn providing valuable sweet time to make the good decisions…Seems to be a common thread among successful people?
Is this the key? Its not in my plans or mindset so often think I am going in the wrong direction and just don’t have that business mindset.
It’s different stage or weakness to overcome for each of us? No one answer…
Skill is huge! I found out more recently. Valuable and practical skill is even better ❤

I was in debt, stressed, unemployed, and broken hearted. To top it off with a cherry on top. I was diagnosed with a breast tumor. To make a long story short. Thank God for God's love and provision. Good Stuff! I laughed a few times because I lived in an abandoned dilapidated RV for 3 years with an extension cord into a house for electricity. But I found ways to make it seamless and no one knew except for me and a buddy. I have not yet taken action on using my apartment steam cleaner to offer my services to businesses to be self-employed and now thanks to you, I will incorporate window cleaning into the services. I will keep it simple, Food, Shelter, Exercise, Prayer and Sleep...at 61, God willing, three years is very doable, thanks Anthony! 🙂👍

Totally agree with you, that’s what I been thinking so far too, and I know exactly my weakness, saw you video helped me to keep myself on the right direction, by the way I am 1m in debt single mom and learning English helped myself found a job which I consider as a starting point, hope whoever experiencing the same situation don’t give up!
You got this, Xu. Good luck on the journey.
Thank you. I am working so hard on repairing my toxic behaviors with money. One of the most humbling, park you ego moments for me, was when my daughter told us (hubs and I) that she really wanted that $3 item, but didn't want to ask and embarrass me or daddy by asking. That was the kick in the pants I needed. We are 3 years into our journey and not fully out. But I keep going every single day. I definitely get weary and needed to hear some success stories, and a fresh perspective. Thank you. ❤
You are so welcome! Glad to hear you're moving in the right direction. Keep it up!
First time here, by accident. But, surprisingly really good. I am now subscribed
Love hearing that, Yumi!
My fiancé also left me after staying with her family in another state. Living in my car at the time to save for a place of our own, I felt dumb to think that I thought we were on the same page. Since then, I have been trying to bounce back, which I have, but I am still not happy.
In the end, I don't think trying to obtain happiness is the main goal we should strive for. Peace and internal peace is the only thing that matters.
Daniel, really sorry to hear you're going through all that. It sounds like your head is pointed in the right direction. Just keep it that way and keep moving forward.
I agree Happiness is the wrong goal to strive for in life.
There is no true peace, not in this life.
@@crowbar9566 Yes there is. Our egos are what blocks the peace. We are all at peace inherently, but identifying with thought processes ruins that. Hence why meditation or psychedelic therapy can help with that

Incredible timing. I was finally getting sick and tired of being sick and tired. The last decade of my life has been a living hell after badly injuring my back. I was getting too caught up in the insurance and other battles. I was getting deeper and deeper into debt. The negativity around me was getting out of hand, even from family. I reached a breaking point with the sheer amount of stress and ended up in the hospital with 2 back to back strokes in 2021. Essentially I was forced to change my thinking.
Spring of 2022 I bumped into an old colleague of mine. After describing my physical challenges/limitations from the injury, she mentioned about my mind. I began fine tuning my writing strengths/skills. At the beginning of September 2022 I set a goal for my self of making $400,000.00 in 4 years to pay all debts off. One thing I have done through out 2022 is that I have told no one what I am doing. I don't need to hear more of the negative crap.
I have to stay focused on the goal. So your video is incredibly good timing.
Cut out the negativity and focus on where you're going. Love it!
Great decision…most people don’t want to see you succeed. Tell them nothing even after you have achieved your goals. Good luck!

@@AnthonyVicino My moms parents lived with us. And my dads parents lived with his sister. We babysat for grandkids. Our youngest son still lives with us (23) and now I watch my grandbabies. The great thing about your story and advice is that it is mostly relatable, and solutions to your problems are what most people think about; however, we're paralised by self-doubt and worth. Most importantly, you don't seek to portray yourself genius.
It feels awkward that:
1. I know that I have to be disciplined.
2. I have to put my best skill forward.
3. Fortunately, and this has been confirmed by people around me and I've always been aware of it; that I'm good at communicating; I just have to take an advantage of it at a greater level.
Thank you so much for the effort of making this video and the message itself.
I appreciate that, Jethro! For the record, I am definitely not a genius (nor am I particularly special!).
I love that you have self-awareness around your skills (specifically your strengths). Communication is a powerful skill. Lean into it, bro!

I needed this. Great video
Glad to hear it served you!
Absolutely phenomenal breakdown. Mostly because you kept it high level, kept it easy to understand your process throughout and wrapped it up with an incredible quote "it's not easy, but it is simple". What a fucking stellar share, thanks so much for this. You clearly did a huge amount of inner work to make that shift, epic effort!
Thanks for the killer words of support! Seriously appreciated!
