You are 100% correct at least in my case. My longest standing problem in life is putting things off it has been a problem since I was a child I have worked on it and even improved but for some reason I just can’t completely overcome it. It’s a constant battle that I lose about 50% of the time. I’m better when it comes to commitments to others I rarely fail there but when it comes to myself I suck.

Investors owning multiple single family homes is another thing killing the American dream of owning your own home.

I'm invested in Shell stock so I guess using your door count method I own 50 refineries. The door count is so misleading. If I invest 100k into a 400 unit syndication its ridiculous to say I have 400 units. No you do not! Your door count is what you control, own, actively manage. Passive doors do not count in the "I have" equation. Get tired of hearing that term. Its to simple to use the correct phrase such as I own X doors, I manage X doors or im passive in X doors. Its simple, honest and no misleading. Big fan but had to critique that.
