I started my first business at 18 years old in 1974 with $50.00 to my name. It was an office cleaning / janitorial service. I did very well.
It was stepping stone business that I sold and kept on growing. Today I am Selling my Insurance book of business now at 69 and retiring debt free and wealthy. Been semi retired since 2018. It can be done with just a High School Education. All you need is Drive & Determination. I have college grads on my payroll.

I was going to just give up and take a L . My account is beyond negative, I’m becoming slightly depressed failing my kids and boyfriend with my negative balance they don’t know about but deep inside I want to fix it but I can’t work right now. I’m trying to figure out a way out of this and fix it but my mind is cloudy and I’m trying to fight it still…. I don’t want to disappoint anyone including myself. This really let me know I really am on to something with my window cleaning!! And I need to fight for it. But I need to figure out what to do in the mean time.

Hire a go getter type with attention to detail and tell them you are looking for someone to promote to management. Have them help you do the work and hire more help with your final approval of course. Watch them all and make sure they are doing it right. Anyone could do that if they are attentive to detail and can follow directions. Some people want to be promoted right away. This is still possible for you.

With this being said I also planned to stay working 1 job as a flight medic and I work 2-24 hour shifts a week. I have plans to start a business and have been thinking about a gym or thrash collection service. The problem I see is paying for health insurance since my retirement doesn’t have that benefit. @@_modvault there are territorial wars over this stuff. There isn’t a territory with 11k homes to clean. Stop listening to idiots on the internet. Even if he does by some miracle make 50k per month. Thats gross revenue. He takes home 5k pm max net revenue . Its just an ad for the company anyway 🙄

It's called expanding your business. Get a ton of accounts, hire and train employees, and the money rolls in!
I have run a commercial cleaning business for 15 years, this is how we grew. I know someone who has been in the cleaning business for 30 years and his company grosses over 1 million per year. Think small you grow small. Think big, then grow big. Don't limit yourself.

If I had to do it over again and I was a woman, I'd do only fans. All those qualifiers apply just the same, and I'd never have to leave home or deal with employees. Also, no car is needed, which is a huge expense.
