      Hi Codie Sanchez! I love your videos because you make starting your own business look easy! For me though, the risk involved, would be like jumping off of a tall building! I also haven't met a financial guru out there, who didn't make their money on RUclips with 1M subs. Maybe you could teach me that! I wish influencers would just be honest how they made their money, or how they got their start, instead of trying to sell us something all the time! 😎🏆

      I wholeheartedly concur, which is why I appreciate giving an investment coach the power of decision-making. Given their specialized expertise and education, as well as the fact that each and every one of their skills is centered on harnessing risk for its asymmetrical potential and controlling it as a buffer against certain unfavorable developments, it is practically impossible for them to underperform. I have made over 1.5 million dollars working with an investment coach for more than two years.

    - wake before the sun
    - exercise
    - journal
    - connect spiritually
    - READ! Keep up with current… and timeless keys to success.
    When you said: urgency!!! ❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉
    That is a game changer!
    That and the one from a different video about where you live and the correlation with your wealth or future wealth.
    Plus the one with the numbers and stats on looking 👀 our best and how appearance affects success.
    So much seems like common sense. But of course knowing better and doing better are 2 different things.

    Achieving success requires on the steps you actively take toward it. Accumulating wealth involves cultivating positive habits, such as consistently setting aside money at intervals for robust investments. Financial management, often avoided by many, can later become a haunting issue. My hope is that anyone reading this finds success in their journey!

      In my opinion, making a smart investment is not only a technique for earning passive income, but also a profitable way of saving for future expenses. People who fail to make the proper judgments early in life often come to regret it later in life. Nonetheless, investing alone can be difficult and risky. As a result, I recommend obtaining an expert’s assistance. The challenge is not just watching videos and reading investing books; it is about implementing information effectively.

      I wholeheartedly concur, which is why I opt to entrust the day-to-day decision-making to an investing coach. I have been collaborating with an investment coach for more than two years

    A perfect marriage or relationship is an illusion; there's no universal playbook for making them work. What's effective for one couple may not apply to another. Nevertheless, I've come to understand that there's always a solution to be found. Half a decade ago, my wife and I faced such trials in our marriage that divorce seemed inevitable. Yet, through perseverance and determination, we navigated through the rough waters and emerged stronger, reunited, and more resilient

    I have a small business and I often don’t take clients that ask for a discount because those people have proven to be the most problematic. I’ve also stopped negotiating with vendors and the quality of the work and people have gone up. You’re way smarter than me so I’d love to hear your take on it. For example I never negotiate with my Airbnb cleaners anymore and they do an excellent job and don’t leave. I also give them bonuses. In the past I had terrible luck with them.

    • @julijakeit
      @julijakeit Месяц назад +1

      I agree with you, there's a difference between useful negotiation and pettiness. If someone wants to stay at AirBnB they can fully afford it just as a person who drinks coffee at Starbucks can fully afford it. Otherwise other clients may overhear and want a discount too.

    • @successwithstacee9290
      @successwithstacee9290 Месяц назад

      @@julijakeit I'm leaning towards negotiating more after watching this video because Codie is dropping some bombs here and the info so helpful. I just think there is a time and a time and place. I have had customers ask me for discounts and when I politely say my prices are set, they sometimes say ok, it doesn't hurt to ask and they end up being good, but as a general rule, the ones that ask for discounts are trouble down the line.

    • @DaisyJamesCo
      @DaisyJamesCo Месяц назад

      @successwithstacee9290 With all respect, I wouldn’t discount a potential client just because they ask for one. Now, if they give you a hard time and try to haggle excessively, then sure, they can kick rocks and move on. But as a consultant, I’ve found that many high-net-worth clients have asked for discounts in some way, shape, or form. If they fit my ideal client profile, I simply explain my value proposition and fee structure, and that’s usually the end of the conversation.

    • @highticketwomencoaches

      💯 agree. Even billionaires can have a scarcity mindset. There's a difference between negotiating deals and settlements versus adding up one dollar discounts at Starbucks. Yeah it can add up but....
