  • We went to Texas (yes, again in TX) for our daughter Brittany's graduation from Basic Training for the United States Air Force. Went through Dallas to San Antonio. Visited our other daughter Stephanie and our grandson Gavin while we were there. Got some Allsups, Buc-ee's, and Rasin' Canes too!

Thanks for sharing. It brought back memories of our son graduating from AF basic training in 1992. More recently our grandson graduated from Army basic training 4 years ago at Ft Benning. Ga where it was so hot. I felt sorry for all of them doing all of that running. Thanks for all of you serving.

OMG! Congratulation to you and family. You caught me and my sister tapping my daughter out of the formation. I was holding on pretty tight. Thank you.

Yeah, no masks on the plane. We have a facebook portal to talk with our grandkids that live in Tennessee. You should get one to talk with Gavin. All of your food looked amazing. Congratulations to Brittany. She's starting a new chapter in her life.

Love your video!! What time do you recommend getting to the base in the morning each day? I heard there will be traffic but I’m not sure how much time to allot for. Thanks!

I don't remember exactly what time we got there in the morning but traffic was out the gate and took about 20 minutes to get through. It was still dark in the early morning so I know we were there pretty early and there was still a backup to get in.
