I quit without a plan(toxic work environment, couldnt take the abuse anymore)I went from 350 a week to 2000 a week and feel so much more happier and free.Best decision of my life.pro tip-leave a toxic environment asap, the damage takes years to recover from and never fully heals, the money isn't worth it.i endured 2 years of hell, in hindsight, I wish it was only 2 weeks.
Congrats! You are so right! The toxicity and the continued stripping of autonomy can be crippling for personal growth. It's a slow, steady process to regain yourself.
Agreed. The PTSD lasts several months. I thought the day I quit would bring immediate relief. Nope. That job should have paid me rent for the time it occupied my head.
Enjoyed the segment man. Life can be scary and pursuing your dreams especially once you have bills, mortgage and a family can seem like a daunting task. I’m sure this will resonate with a lot of people. 👍🏻
Great video and welcome to RUclips. If you don't have plans to quickly replace the job and you just need time, you can even plan to get fired (instead of quitting on your own) LOL so that you don't box yourself out of unemployment benefits! Remove yourself from the fear and stigma of "unemployment" and use the benefit to get the assistance you need especially if you already know that you're not lazy but perhaps you just want time/a total break from seeking jobs and you want to work on your own projects.
I'm concerned about going into another 💩 place. There's so many companies out there that don't have the values I do. Trying to find the right one is like trying to find a diamond.

Just found this channel, great stuff keep it up 🙏🏼 your video editing, filming, video structure etc. is on point!
Im thinking of quitting my job because I can’t do anything right, and stresses me out……🤯
You can stay to establish that you can do things right but when you leave know that you left because your mind doesn't want it nay more. Cheers!
